My company has given employees the day off, paid, for two years now. But, I know that’s not the case for many. It would be a good day to walk off the job en mass to force change here imo. If every single black person in the work force and those of other colors that support Juneteenth walked off the job today, they would cause serious economic damage and you’d see how fast that law changes. Paid holiday for all!
One year after President Biden made Juneteenth a federal holiday, 26 states have not authorized the funding that would allow for state employees to take the day off.

It was only a couple of months ago that Le Pen lost the presidential election to Macron. But now it was her turn to gloat, since she knows she can use the seats in the National Assembly to thwart Macron’s domestic agenda and even trigger a no-confidence vote.
And she beamed with pride, calling the outcome a “historic victory” and a “seismic event” in French politics.
Many voters opted for her far-right party or for leftist candidates, leaving Macron’s alliance significantly weakened despite having the most seats.

Trolamine salicylate can cause serious bleeding and toxicity, while PABA can cause serious allergic responses and adverse reactions with commonly used medications.
And under the current proposal, the following 12 ingredients are not recognized as GRASE because more data is needed to determine their safety:

Dioxybenzone
Ensulizole
Homosalate
Meradimate
Octinoxate, octisalate, and octocrylene
Padimate O
Sulisobenzone
Oxybenzone
Avobenzone

The article is spot on. Politicians kiss law enforcement ass because the people who vote for them suck up to law enforcement. Like most things majority white this Pride movement is fucked up. Most of the whites identify as republicans because they think that the color of their skin matters and thus gives them privilege over their non white Pride members. The problem with that is if the republicans could establish ovens those white Pride members would be the first to cook.
But whites like “The Log Cabin Gays” can’t let go of their racism even to avoid the hatred they receive from their fellow whites because of their sexual orientation. Says a lot about that sick race. Being that I am a member, of that race I’d like to think that one day the majority of my race will one day wake up. The color of our skin makes us no better than any other race.
