It’s 5:00 pm, 2020 Fillmore, SF, Harry’s Bar. Looks unlikely that I will make it, but you never know.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\nMy excursion to Big Sur <\/a><\/strong>was just what my soul needed. We did some great hiking at Julia Pfeiffer Burns State Park<\/a><\/strong>, and hit a few tourist spots, including Nepenthe<\/a><\/strong> (hellacious lines for a table, but you can grab a drink at the bar and enjoy the view out on the patio). They have an awesome gift shop with lots of jewelry from local artists and just unique things overall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\nThen we checked out River Inn<\/a><\/strong>. This place is special. They have adirondack chairs that are placed in the river behind the restaurant. You can sit in the river have a drink and a bite – when they call your number to pick up your food, they give it to you in a little Coleman cooler so you can take to the river. This was a sweet spot!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<\/figure><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n<\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\nWhat a great getaway. I’m just sorry it didn’t last longer. It is so beautiful in Big Sur.
