Look up, or wait another 7,000 years. The comet called Neowise is the brightest comet Northern America has had the pleasure of viewing in 25 years, It’s visible with the naked eye in dark skies with little or no light pollution; binoculars are needed to see the long tail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 10 days, it should be at its best. Neowise will be around until mid-August.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NASA’s Bob Behnken shared a photo from the ISS of the first sighting of the Neowise. Central Asia is in the background; the space station to the fore. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
