Yes, my heart is hurting too over the murder of George Floyd, and what is happening in Minneapolis and all over the US. The above is just an attempt to stay positive. The Bay Bridge and 101 were shut down by protesters yesterday. Last night, a security guard outside Oakland’s federal building was shot and killed. News crews are being arrested for reporting on the rioting.
In Louisville, Kentucky, police fired pepper bullets a news crew.
The media is showing lots of rioters, all across majors cities in the U.S.
Note, not all the rioters are POC. A white guy is filmed breaking a window. You know his racist interests lie in starting a race war and encouraging the lying orange POS to bring out the national guard and bring on mayhem.
And tRUMPUS trying to backtrack his fat mouth when he said “when the looting starts the shooting starts,” was misconstrued, because of course he’s respewing racist rhetoric of Walter Headley. Two thumbs up for the report out that half his twitter followers are fake.
The underlying hatred the lying orange POS brought to office with him and openly displays, is a disgusting marker of where the US has arrived. It’s really an awful time right now under his administration. But its always been an awful time to be born black. Don’t lose site of why protesting is happening white people.
We have to stay positive and look to November and pray we heal soon.
