Don’t be like the moron who wore it yesterday.
A preconceived notion, also known as a preconception or unconscious bias, is a personal belief or idea about something that someone holds without proof. Preconceived notions can lead us to thinking we know what the outcome of a situation will be before it’s happened and without any real proof that it will happen.
They can be similar to a stereotype or prejudice in that it’s a simplified way of thinking that leads to a generalized belief about a person or thing that you may not be fully aware of or even realize you have. …
Without questioning them, these self limiting assumptions can often dictate how you see and react to the world around you, and they can have a negative impact on your life and hold you back from creating a social circle.
You know who you are, though I doubt you are reading. You probably don’t even have clearance to access The Avenue. But, I am going to put it out there. The animosity you projected was totally unwarranted. Calling me stupid, telling me to shut up, and accusing me of being difficult to work with, not even one minute into what should have been friendly chat, was beyond. All because you had heard a rumor? Let’s talk about an unemotional being displaying so much emotion! It was just a normal mundane conversation. I had considered you to be a team member and potential friend; I simply wanted to express some thoughts and concerns I am struggling with that had nothing to do you with you personally, yet you went off the rails. And how! It was a melt down for the books. If left me feeling gross, and abused.
You’ve shown me you are not on my team. You can step the fuck off!

JOKE:
A preacher was making his rounds to his parishioners on a bicycle when he came upon little Johnny trying to sell a lawn mower. “How much do you want for the mower?” asked the preacher.
“I just want enough money to go out and buy me a bicycle,” said little Johnny.
After a moment of consideration, the preacher asked, “Will you take my bike in trade for it?”
Little Johnny said, “Mister, you’ve got yourself a deal.”
The preacher took the mower and tried to start it. He pulled and pulled on the rope until he was dripping with sweat but the mower refuses to start.
The preacher called little Johnny over and said, “I can’t get this mower to start.”
Little Johnny said, “That’s because you have to cuss at it to get it started.”
The preacher said, “I’m a man of the church and I can’t cuss. It’s been so long since I’ve been saved that I don’t even remember how to cuss.”
Little Johnny looked at him happily and said, “Just keep pulling on that rope. It’ll come back to ya.”
Did You Know
“Pizza Farms” are small-scale farms that are designed around a singular novelty: they grow and raise everything necessary to make a delicious pizza on site (or on neighboring properties). When you visit and enjoy a pizza fired in their ovens, you’re enjoying a pizza that was entirely produced—grain, cheese, sauce, sausage, and all—right where you’re eating it.
