Humans are most happy when they are submissive to what they believe is a loving or caring authority.
We agree with the caveat that it is essential that the human submits to that authority willingly. They have to be made to believe that it is their idea to submit.
If we fail to cement that belief, and they are forced to submit, then we will only have Compliance. Humans who merely comply are unhappy and repressed. This can lead to resentment and rebellion.
Taken to its extremes, it can lead to crime, war, fascism, etc.
You are hinting at the emotional skill that the new Commander is supposed to have an abundance of – Inducement. Will she have the ability to seduce others to her way of thinking?
It is claimed that her Inducement skills are so complete that she will demonstrate her Dominance. She will have the ability to induce all in her sphere of influence to believe that what she wants is what they want. They will love obeying her. Hence her presence will not be necessary.
