culpability & totalitarianism

Nobody responded to my request for information on the impact of that huge solar flare the other day. What is happening? It’s been very quiet over here.

This is an update since I posted this morning. I received the following from friends this afternoon. We should all be afraid. I have concerns about free speech here on the Avenue. We are moving towards, if we are not already in, a state of totalitarianism.

He’s off on the timeline, we have less than four years. But, this is a conversation that my friends are continually having. I would go if knew where to go.

Thank you for reading today's post. Have an InterStellar Day! ~PrP

And I forgot to add, Steven Colbert‘s firing from CBS.

Paramount , the network’s parent, recently agreed to pay President Trump $16 million to settle his lawsuit over the editing of an interview on the CBS News program “60 Minutes.”

Lawmakers Question Whether CBS Canceled Colbert’s Show for Political Reasons

Of course it was political. He defunded NPR and PBS – public access shows that present a variety of viewpoints. Colbert had a wide audience and mocked Trump often. Is speech free anymore?

    And!
Murdoch published a birthday card that Trump sent to Epstein on this 50th birthday that included “ may every day be a wonderful secret.” king Clown freaked out threatening to sue and today he filed suit.

Gotta love how courts treat arbitration as binding, except when it doesn’t go their way.

This notice is to any who may know who grabbed the Immortal’s lens as we were bringing it in. We intend to do whatever it takes to retrieve it.

    • L]3 says:

The Immortal has a problem with his new lens. He tried it and set off power outages from San Francisco to New York. Agencies are scrambling to come up with explanations for the public. The ones in New York, Los Angeles, and San Francisco have been especially difficult to account for because they happen within minutes of each other. They are telling the public that the blackouts are probably coincidental.

We attempted to track his travel, but all we could record was a turn of his head. The speed of his travel was beyond our measurement. Those of you in the locations in which the Immortal caused blackouts are being asked to share your recordings with haste.

      • E[8 says:

This thing is just not safe. What if IT decides to bring that body up? If IT cannot control the power that eye generates, we could all be destroyed in an instant. Our efforts should be on convincing IT to move on.

        • D]4 says:

A little assistance would be great. We sent IT a replacement for the eye cover that the humans gave him. This device will allow him to see energy surges as they are building up. It will give IT a chance to regulate the force IT generates before the charge is destructive to what that eye is focused on.
Logic is still the best trait we have. Use it “chicken little.” – couldn’t resist that Earth joke.

          • L[8 says:

It seems that your replacement is working. He is beginning to feel safe near his associates.

I am planning to morph into someone and make his acquaintance. Maybe I can become his friend. Then I could shadow him easier.

            • I[3 says:

We think the Immortal needs love to endure eternity. Without that or associates or friends, it could spiral into the monster we all fear.

              • U]3 says:

I have been exploring the Known Universe for more than 8,000 Earth years. I have never found a need for love or any of those other things you mentioned.

How do I explain forever to someone as young as you in comparison to the billions of Earth years the Immortal has.

                • V]2 says:

With the Immortal sometimes his past outweighs the present. Unfortunately for him because he is immortal there is no end to what’s going to come.

        • Chris says:

I was in San Francisco on Columbus St at about 1pm when the blackout occurred. It was not that bad. It did last a while. We couldn’t keep our 2:30 reservation.

Haven’t heard the exact cause of the blackout. But thanks for the heads up.

          • Donna says:

I was in New York City when it occurred about the same time. Weird!

          • Steve says:

    • J]4 says:

We noticed an uptick in l1/38u6. We were not able to ascertain the source, If your loss occurred in that grid, our records will be made available.

    • Y]7 says:

We can help you retrieve the Immortal’s lens, but that lens represents valuable scientific information, It should not be left to the scientific skills of one entity to discover what information it has to offer to the Intergalactic community. Hence, we will offer our help in its recovery if you agree to shave research accessibility to the lens.

      • c/B9 says:

May I suggest that the “Intergalactic Community” can benefit from the knowledge I have accumulated concerning the Immortal. For example, you may all be wrong about your assertions concerning the Being. I say Being because the Immortal may be the first Being. Hence, it may have the beginnings of Intellect combined with self awareness, and concern for things around it other than self. But since it is so much older you have judged its age by your on calculus, you have missed the logic that it is also so much younger than any creature or thing that IT has created because it does age, just much less than our calculus can calibrate.

My research proposes the hypothesis that the Immortal is in its infancy. As old as it is, it is still very young in Universal time. It may have created other life in the Universe, but that life ages and matures on a different time line. Thus we are left with a creator that is both older and younger than the life or things IT creates.

Everything in the Universe ages faster than the Immortal. So for all practical purposes, it is “Immortal” to everything in the Universe, BUT the GODS. The GODS who are the true Immortals, creatived something to do Their creative work for Them. They created the Immortal. The things the Immortal creates influences the things IT will create in the future.

That means we can both learn from IT and teach IT. We are in a position to determine the next generation of Beings it creates every time we interact with IT. I believe that while IT forgets our transgressions towards it. IT remembers the lessons we teach IT about how we interact with each other.

Humans are a violent, greedy, self-first species. Hence it creates motifs that mirror the extremes of their personalities when IT is on Earth. Thus, he can be a heartless destroyer of human lives and at the same time form bonds of friendships that allow him to forgive any transgression his friends make towards him. Yes, your IT, is a being. Perhaps the first sentient Being. What he displays towards you are what the interactions we, perhaps his creations, have taught him.

When he is among you strictly logical beings, he adapts, and when he is among you who are a blend of logic and emotion he adapts. He is the mirror of your sentient or not reflection. Hence, you have only yourselves to blame for what he does to you when you “anger” him.

I will continue to function (unless destroyed) a million Light years after you have expired. What will I witness as the result of what you teach the Immortal today? Will he even continue to create sentient beings or will he merely create logical automatons?

        • F[4 says:

You are an automaton and when caught will be treated as such.

        • E]6 says:

You may “suggest” whatever you please, but we don’t believe that the mystery of who the Immortal will be solved during our existence. Perhaps in a few thousand light years, maybe, but we just don’t have the technology to make sense of the information we have or continue to get concerning this creature. Hence, your “hypothesis” means nothing because it cannot be duplicated in a scientifically verifiable way.

      • K]3 says:

We will not bargain with any involved in the theft of the Immortal’s lens. Nor will we bargain with any involved in the assistance with the return of that lens.

    • Anonymous says:

The lens is not only self sustaining, it gets better each time it is tested. How I know this not as important as you getting it back. We can help. How would like to proceed?

    • J]3 says:

You will never get access to that lens. It is as the humans say, “in the wind.”

  6. H[3 says:

The Immortal didn’t like the threat made to Guam By North Korea. It sent three quick earthquakes to Russia. Each one was greater than the one before. The message was for Russia to put a stop to the little crazy man’s rant. Or that he would destroy both countries with natural disasters.

    • Gavin says:

Holy fuck! You think Russia will get a hint?

      • Anonymous says:

That won’t change as long as whoever he protects lives on the Island.

So the Arabs in Beit Lahia are complaining about 67 of the savages being killed. What did they think would happen when Hamas invaded and murdered our people? Now that karma is bitting the bastards in the ass, they want the world to feel sorry and rescue them.

    • Hannah says:

Did you hear the hypocrites protesting the our military killing them, when they showed no sympathy for the young unarmed attending a festival being savagely raped, murder or taken hostage. How about the old and women and children sliced up like pieces of meat and filmed while having it done to them?

What gall to now complain about being shot while going to feed trucks to get food with their hands up. For gods sake, you fucking hypocrites need to be mowed down like the animals you are. I lost my mother, father and both sisters to your savagery.

      • Noah says:

There should be no safe place for those savages. Our army should enter Beit Lahia and clean that swamp out. Kill all; every man, woman, and little savage-to-be. Let the world go fuck itself. Damn, you Jews have a really strong revenge streak.

        • Herman says:

Israel is so angry they want to drive the entire population out of the area.

        • Kveller says:

Israel has intel that reveals many of the 50 hostages are being held in Dier al-Balah. The Arabs there are shielding Hamas fighters and housing some of the hostages for them. The Israeli military is furious because politics is holding them back from tearing the place apart.

          • Mariam says:

Hamas is forcing people in Deir al-Balah to house those hostages. Most don’t want to be involved with politics of Hamas.

The Suwayda Military Council, a coalition of local armed groups aimed at protecting the region and maintaining security, originally formed as the Interim Military Council after the fall of Bashar al Assad in December 2024, the council emerged to counter growing security threats following the withdrawal of the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) from the region.

Commander Tareq Al Shoufi emphasized that the council seeks integration into a newly unified Syrian army. He stressed the importance of secularism, democracy, and decentralization, calling these principles essential for achieving justice and regional stability.

In a gathering of dozens of the province’s residents at Al Kafr Agricultural Airport, south of Suwayda, the Military Council announced the launch of its operations in the governorate and presented a “national project” in coordination with political and revolutionary forces.

However, the announcement has drawn criticism from some Druze leaders. Hikmat Al Hajeri, Syria’s Druze spiritual leader, rejected the council’s formation, labeling its members separatists and insisting they lack the authority to represent the Druze community or the leadership of the Suwayda Governorate.

Syria’s interim President Ahmad al Sharaa met with a delegation from Suwayda to discuss security and living conditions, as well as political participation and the future of the state. The delegation, which traveled to Damascus, included Sheikh Suleiman Abdul Baqi, Sheikh Laith al Balous, and Sheikh Moanis Abu Hala as representatives of some armed factions in Suwayda, and a representative of the Ear.

The Suwayda Military Council has adopted a flag featuring a map of Syria, identical to the one used by the Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), that separates SDF-controlled territory east of the Euphrates from the rest of Syria. The only modification is a highlighted Suwayda Governorate with the Druze five-pointed star. The council expressed openness to cooperation with the SDF, praising it as a force that defended its land and people against terrorism and dictatorship.

The Ear’s representative emphasized that he would not accept Suwayda being overrun by Bedouin tribes that were massing along the borders of Suwayda. He said that Sharaa should allow secularism and democracy to exist in the South, especially where the Druze have their communities. Tariq al Shoufi is the Ear’s pick to represent a group of former Syrian Arab Army officers who sided with the Druze community during the 2023 Suwayda protests against Bashar al Assad.

    • Fawzi says:

      • I]3 says:

We have been unable to follow the Immortal when he enters the Axial Seamount volcano because the temperatures are prohibited to us, so we can not verify what he is doing inside the volcano. But we have observed many earthquakes emanating from the volcano while he was inside.

        • N[4 says:

If we can’t follow the Immortal into the volcano, we certainly can keep records on when he visits it. We think we will find a correlation between ITS visits to the volcano and the times IT leaves one of vessels to go into naked space. Perhaps IT needs the heat to compensate for the lost of heat IT experiences in naked space.

Despite the best efforts of the Justice Department, former Louisville, Kentucky, police detective Brett Hankison will be going to prison.

For all the open displays of hostility the second Trump administration has exhibited toward the Black community thus far — and there have been many — the Justice Department’s sentencing recommendation for one of the men involved in the fatal raid on Breonna Taylor’s apartment felt like a particularly brazen show of contempt.

Hankison was one of the officers involved in the raid that killed 26-year-old Taylor on March 13, 2020, when several other officers executed a “no knock” search warrant tied to an ex-boyfriend of Taylor’s who did not live at her home.

The Justice Department’s sentencing recommendation for one of the men involved in the fatal raid on Breonna Taylor’s apartment felt like a particularly brazen show of contempt.
Hankison, who fired several shots in the raid, did not fire the shot that killed Taylor, though he was found guilty by a federal jury last November of violating Taylor’s civil rights. And frustratingly, while there remains an investigation into the warrant that authorized the raid, Hankison is the only officer who fired into Taylor’s apartment to be charged and convicted of any crime. Federal prosecutors declined to prosecute the officer who did fire the fatal shot, Myles Cosgrove, stating that he was justified in his actions.

Breonna Taylor’s killing will never yield complete justice, yet if it is left to the Trump administration, Breonna, her grieving family and all those who understand their plight would receive no justice at all.

In a sentencing memorandum Wednesday, Justice Department officials recommended Hankison be given a “downward variance,” or lower sentence, rather than the range recommended by the federal sentencing guidelines. Whereas the U.S. Probation Office recommended 11 to 14 years, the Justice Department request called for Hankison to receive one day’s imprisonment followed by three years of supervised release and a $100 fine. That sentence, had the judge agreed, would have been the equivalent of time served. He would have walked free.

The memorandum was signed by two Trump appointees, Robert J. Keenum, senior counsel for the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division, and Harmeet Dhillon, the department’s assistant attorney general.

Keenum and Dhillon did not seem concerned with justice for Taylor’s wrongful death. Nor did they seem concerned with her civil rights, focusing instead on Hankison’s well-being. Per the memo, “in light of the three trials of [Hankison] and the media attention given to each trial, it is no surprise that [he] has suffered from resulting stress and psychological problems, including post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, sleeping difficulties and related conditions.”

White justice = no justice for non white america.

Are you telling us that someone in San Francisco has your formula for turning Mercury into gold using your nuclear transmutation process. If so, you have two days to retrieve it. The knowledge of the process of turning any element on Earth into another is forbidden to humans. They would destroy the planet and each other with their greed.

    • M]8 says:

We reported this when we were told that they were working on a way to allow humans to create new metals that had the properties similar to our suits. But modern day alchemy presented such an opportunity to get rich, the humans looked to metals that had the fastest potential to be converted to gold.

They tested it on Mercury and found it to work quite well. So they quickly converted from an energy startup to a company making gold from Mercury by tweaking its nucleus.

Specifically, the proposed method involves introducing mercury-198 into a fusion reactor and bombarding it with neutrons until it transforms into mercury-197, a much more unstable isotope of mercury. Because of its instability, mercury-197 decays into gold-197, the only stable isotope of gold. This process takes about 64 hours and relies on the steady release of high-energy neutrons popping out of the fusion of the hydrogen isotopes deuterium and tritium.

    • C[2 says:

We assisted in helping them make a more efficient gigawatt of electricity. It was never our intention to assist in the production of gold through as a by product of generating nuclear energy. We weren’t worrying about their discovering how to convert Mercury into gold using our formula because any gold produced would be unstable isotopes and radioactive for decades. Plus the humans would have to find a way to separate the gold production from the fusion plant’s energy generation.

But we will of course comply with your order

    • G[9 says:

Why this great concern about metals and other items that are valuable to humans but mean nothing to us? Who cares what the food thinks? We convert variants of the mineral aluminum oxide (crystalline form), commonly known as corundum into rubies and sapphires on a regular basis. We use them for industrial purposes. What do we care that they may be valuable to humans?

They are food, nothing more. This concern for the farm animals is becoming irritating. Those of you who do not find humans delicious, should go about your business with them and leave how we treat our business with them alone.

We have been harvesting this planet for more than 100 years. We will not tolerate interlopers interfering in our product production.

I can’t believe what I am seeing on the News. They say a third of Gazans are starving to death. That is just too disgusting for me to hear. I am an Israeli Jew and I can’t understand what our military is doing.

Why ONLY a third. We should be starving to death at least 75% of those animals. We have the opportunity and the power to end this threat forever. Let’s get on with it. They will only breed if we feed the bastards. Then we will be looking down another massacre by animals who only feel shit when they are the ones suffering.

Fuck’em! Let’s get on with it. Starve those savages to death now.

How can you look at those pictures of starving Palestinian children and not want to help?

  24. S]4 says:

The Immortal was dragged into government experimental lad early this morning. They took him under the pretext that his health was in dire danger. He went along and they preceded to run several tests on him. They discovered that he doesn’t always have human blood in his veins, his heart skips beats, and doesn’t always pump blood through his body. They discovered that he doesn’t use the ears on his body for the same functions as humans do. They discovered that all the bones they broke in his back had completely healed without a trace that they had been broken in the first place.

When he was asked about the clear liquid coming from the stent they had inserted into the vein on his left forehand while human blood was coming from the stent in his right arm, he smiled and said “maybe you are not in a vein.
We stopped them from accumulating any data and freed the Immortal. If no one will act to stop these humans from treating him like a lab rat, we will. We suspect he allows them to experiment on him to protect his mate and friends. Why he doesn’t just exterminate the vermin, we don’t know. They were planning on keeping him there indefinitely.

    • D[2 says:

Perhaps having an earthquake visit San Francisco will sort this out. We are entitled to all the data that you acquired. Please send it to us forthwith. Note that understanding how the Immortal functions in a human body is important to all of us, humans and aliens alike.

      • S]3 says:

What’s to note? The humans don’t know that he is immortal. They just think of him as an Alien, a strange visitor from another planet. Some feel that he is a human with properties like of Heneritta Lacks. She was a black woman whose cells never die. Racism caused the whites not to value what they had.

She was a semi-immortal that they murdered for her blood. They drained her dry using her blood to save cancer ridden rich white men. They infected her with so many diseases at the same time that her organs could not recover sufficiently to keep her alive. Only her cells remain invulnerable to death.

I think that the Immortal is seeking revenge for what they did to the person that he gave his immortal life force to. That’s why he is allowing them to experiment on him. What his intentions are We don’t know. White america has hidden all the horrible experiments they put Henrietta Lack through. She was exposed to lethal painful drugs so that white science could discover the “magic” of her body to recover. She was infected with many different diseases without cures at the time so that they could make medicines from the antibodies her blood and cells created for her to recover. Those diseases were very painful and debilitating. They held her captive and conducted very painful experiments on her until they eventually arrived at a cancer her body could not recover from. They were left with her immortal cells that continue to live today.
We suspect that revenge is the motive behind the Immortal’s acquiescence. What form or when that revenge will take place we don’t know.
What we do know is that No one or anything can compel the Immortal to do something IT doesn’t want to do. Sure IT may forget to ITS disadvantage and It then can be “captured” and manipulated, but day ITS memory will return and IT will move on, usually without harming ITS captors,
Our records only have two instances of more than 3,000 times it has been “captured” that IT has punished those who have done so. This implies that the Immortal maybe complicit in its own imprisonment. We just don’t know.

          • Elena says:

I googled Henrietta Lacks. All I could find was a narrative by a bunch of whites, and that she died of cancer. Very suspicious considering he cells were immortal. So what is the real story? How did she die?

I am Presbyterian. But I agree with you. Why would God make a nigger the savior of mankind?

Another reason to have those going down to pass the Simulator test. G]]4 had an assignment to bring (alive) a particular human for questioning. He used a chloroform-soaked rag to render the human unconscious because he had viewed this being a quick and efficient way to knock a human out. After 5 minutes and the subject was still struggling, he used a side hand chop to the neck(also something he had viewed on TV) he broke the human’s neck thus rendering the human incapable of being of use.

After filling his AAR, it was discovered that: Despite its widespread use in TV shows and movies alike, a chloroform-soaked rag is a terrible way to render someone unconscious, as it takes around five straight minutes of breathing in via a rag to knock someone out—not the mere seconds portrayed in TV shows and movies.

His AAR will be made available to complete the other mistakes he made.

  29. N[7 says:

Human babies under 6 months can be converted to alien species because up until around six months of age, most babies will instinctively hold their breath when submerged underwater. Using DNA conversion fluid with the liquid consistency of H2O, causes them to hold their breath long enough for the transformation to take place.

After 6 months this will not work because they will just breathe the liquid in and die.

  30. I]6 says:

The human formulas we use in space must also be tweaked to render them as useful on the planet bn9/5. The planet’s atmosphere is so similar to Earth’s that the steel you have been using rusts do to the moisture from Bn9/5’s water or air. If you want to make the steel “stainless,” add chromium to its mixture. Stainless steel is a rust-resistant alloy of steel that is, at minimum, 10.5 percent chromium by mass.

    • Q[4 says:

Bn9/5, thought very similar to Earth in atmosphere and topography, exists in a Solar system(Bºª∞) with 3 more planets and nine of its planets having life on them. Unlike the planet Earth is the fifth planet from its sun. The main difference is that it is one of the three uninhabited planets in the Bºª∞ Solar system.
The understanding is that it will be used to house humans transported from Earth by whose direction is classified. However because it is permanently aligned with its sister planet An9/5 doesn’t have a record of being selected for human or other implantation. Using it as a basis for comparison to the Earth solar system it too will experience a major planetary alignment in August.

      • I]6 says:

You are referring to that “alignment” in reference to viewing it from the planet An9/5. The planets in that Solar system like in Earth’s Solar System orbit their Sun at different speeds and distances, but in roughly the same plane, known as the ecliptic plane. While most of the time, the planets are too far apart to be seen together in our sky, every so often, their paths appear to cross and are in full view from An9/5, leading to an alignment.

Although the planets appear to form a line or arc in a “planetary parade,” it’s not a true alignment in space. It’s an apparent alignment from your perspective on An9/5 because of the planets’ orbital positions.
We suspect that you are not there for the “planetary parade,” but to observe what is happening on Bn9/5. Be careful that you don’t incur the wrath of those tasked with providing security for the humans that will be transferred to Bn9/5.

      • T[3 says:

You might be more precise with your description of the Bºª∞ Solar System. It has 12 planets which orbits its Sun. Humans say that their solar system has 8 planets orbiting their Sun. We say that it has 9. Hence your description that Bºª∞ Solar System has 3 more planets orbiting its Sun equals 12 planets. Our maps say that Solar System has 11 planets orbiting their Sun. Which is it.

  31. T[4 says:

We have an excellent way to accomplish your superior sense of smell when tracking humans who have raided your coin collection. The smell on their hands after holding coins is not the metal of the coins rubbing off on their hands, but the smell of their skin oils reacting with the metal of the coin. Our technology provides a specific human aroma emanating from their hands depending on the type of metal(s) the coins were composed of.
It will be made available to you as soon as the trade agreement for this period has been agreed upon.

The Palestinians can get food and peace when they hand over our 50 plus hostages including the bodies of our murdered citizens. If they really want peace, that should be easy for them. Hamas refuses to bend an inch for the people who put them in office. It is up to the people of Gaza to stand up to them. Why should the world expect Israel to stop fighting, if it were their citizens who where raped, tortured, murdered or kidnapped, they would expect the world to support their fight for justice. But here we have the opposite. The world is siding with the evil doers, and it is demanding that Israel capitulate to the savages. Never, you MFs, NEVER!!!
