I hope everyone is having a JOYous holiday season. I’ve got the christmas music on and I’m prepping the prime rib. It’s a very relaxed day. I’ve selfishly cancelled plans and am thoroughly enjoying simply being alone in my new home. The pool heater is on…..the spa is ready…. c’mon over!
If you are alone like I am, I hope you know its okay and you can still be happy. We make our holidays how we want them if they are important to us. That’s why I’m playing the christmas music and preparing a elegant meal for myself.
But I also think we are going to see the holiday traditions continue to fade out. Not just the expense and waste of it all, not just that so many of us are living lives as singles without kids, but when the party is happening, doing all the heavy lifting. This year, they are sharing their experiences, and its apparent on SM that its very common for the women to invest in making everything, “all things” festive, cooking, decorating, present shopping, wrapping, all of it, and in turn not getting any appreciation for the effort, nor even a present! I had no idea that so many women experienced the same thing behavior from their loved ones. Has society become that selfish? Seriously, there are a lot of crying women today, apparently. If you are one of them, I see you.
My mom and I always made a big deal about Christmas, but she’s not here now and my nephews don’t participate in gift exchange. It’s just one brother that I celebrate gift giving with. When the older generation stops, the traditions often die. Its work; and HBs are fundamentally lazy.
But for today, back to the present (<–pun!) – we rejoice! It’s a beautiful sunny 74 degree day outside here and my heart is full of appreciation.

To ALL of YOU – thank you for being here, and making the Avenue what it is.
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays everyone.

Thank you for reading today's post. Have an InterStellar Day! ~PrP

I am in my third century of living among the humans here. You have been here for less than 50 years. Your Mothership’s complaint about having been prohibited from returning to the planet is unjustified. If you can’t see how your behavior has contributed to an unbalanced, then perhaps you should also be prevented from sending any of your people to mingle with beings from other planets also.
It has been a scientific fact that the male mosquito doesn’t feed on human or other animal blood. Blood was toxic to male mosquitoes. If they were fed blood, they would die in a few days. Male mosquitos feed on nectar and other sugary substances for their nourishment. It is only the female that feeds on the blood of humans and animals. That was true until your species started mating with the female mosquitoes on this planet.
You were allowed to feed on the blood of humans and animals on Earth because it was decided that your small size would not endanger the various species here. You carry no disease that is transferable to them, and you are immune from passing on any diseases the animals may have when you drink from a diseased specie and then drink from a healthy specie. The Council was specific on that account.
Your mating with the female mosquito has produced a specie of male mosquitos that feed on blood. And humans have discovered several of those species which your mating created that feed on human blood. We are actively working to cover the mutating factor here.
The vampiric habits of these male mosquitoes can disturb the balance of life on this planet. How will humans react when they discover that these males can infect healthy humans with the diseases they get from feeding on diseased humans. Another even more disturbing fact is that because those males carry an alien factor when they pick up a diseased virus, that virus can replicate enough inside those males to potentially cause a new kind of dangerous infection if transmitted to another host via blood feeding.
Your kind should be prevented from mingling with the species of other planets regardless of your very small size. Your tendency to want to convert other species to an inferior copy of yourselves for whatever reason is unacceptable. Human scientists from several different countries are now aware of your offspring males. Humans use sterile male mosquitoes to combat mosquito-borne diseases like malaria. That strategy will have to be re-examined thanks to your vampiric behavior.
We are presently examining your influence on other planets that you have sent your kind to, if we find the same potential for destruction of the host species, you will not only be banned, but you may be hunted to extinction. That is why your MotherShips have been collected and quarantined. Any attempt to escape or to violate this action will be met with certain death.
Well, humans make a mess of this planet all on our own, we certainly don’t need any help spreading a virus, especially with the current administration in charge – Surely RFK won’t approve any type of vaccine – it could truly be disastrous. Hopefully you’ll get ahold of these tiny vamps and eradicate them. I’ve heard that they have several ways of infecting/sucking humans. So I was thinking, because I’m always so curious and I ask lots of questions…what are they doing with the leftover bods that they suck dry? Perhaps check with the ABs that harvest the dead. Maybe you’ll be lead to those that dispose of the remains by selling them to those that love to eat them. Just a thought.
It has already led to discoveries we cannot publish here.
The “discovery” we need at present is the location of Έˆˇ‰ˆ. We believe the Immortal enabled him to leave the domain of ˇÓ´ ´Â∏´‰O‰. His presence is urgently needed to help us contain this matter.
Again we are in a situation where this being can operate with impunity. We talk about the inhabited planets that we have designated as cattle domains because they cannot oppose our collective will, yet we refuse to acknowledge that this beast may see us in the same light.
We are NOT cattle to be herded at ITS will. We will be if we don’t start a dedicated program to discover how to kill or at least control this thing.
This is more weight to suggest that the vampiric species, regardless of size, must not be allowed to enter this section of the Milky Way. They can not be trusted not to transform their prey into diseased predators who will kill at will the species of the host planet.

More and more humans are entering our section of the planet. We have existed here for more than 7,000 years without their intervention. There pollution of the surface and the oceans have cause some problems, but there inventions which allow them to view us is becoming a problem here in the ocean surface of the coast of Guam.
We are not asking permission to defend ourselves, we are merely giving notification that we intend to do so. It is bad enough that their surface climate change, trash pollution, and oil exploration are negatively affecting our existence down here, we will not tolerate any other negative invasion.
Thanks PrP for the excellent Xmas dialogue and pics. You are the Best. Just wanted to tell your readers that Apple will join the foldable phone market in 2026. It will cost a shit load of money, but that’s Apple greed for you.
Merry Xmas to you too PrP. So am I the first post? Yea!!!
Giving humans the solution to the imbalance between matter and antimatter in the quantum realm is a waste. This information is mainly useful for navigating a section of space polluted by what humans call “dark matter.” Most of our vessels are powered by electron physics. Humans have no need of this or the knowledge about the relationship between white dwarfs and dark matter.
Why not just allow them to experience the power of the Immortal, a being that can convert energy into whatever form IT wishes. Thereby rendering our science mute. Without our help, humans will need more clever ways to look for the explanations of this creature’s creations.
So much for your happy Xmas thoughts PrP. Your president bombed Nigeria on Christmas, reportedly targeting ISIS militants. This was your criminal president putting on a show for his evangelical base.
It’s the first time the U.S. has ever fired missiles into Nigeria, but it’s one of several countries the Trump administration has bombed this year. In 2025, U.S. forces launched more than a thousand strikes against the Houthis in Yemen, more than a hundred in Somalia mostly targeting al-Shabab, dozens against ISIS in Syria, 29 and counting against alleged drug traffickers in the Caribbean and the eastern Pacific, plus some strikes targeting Iran’s nuclear program. All of those efforts killed people and damaged things, but none appear to have achieved anything lasting.
Nigeria is a U.S. counterterrorism partner. Syria, my country, is his target because he cannot be trusted with the knowledge of a family that could possibly keep our country from being sectioned into satellites controlled by individual despots.
PrP: Your Christmas sounded lovely. And I really enjoyed the cartoons – anything that makes me laugh these days is wonderful and welcome! 74 degrees sounds divine! I’d give just about anything to have a warm holiday some year. I plan to escape to somewhere warm one of these years. xox
Come visit. You’re always welcome 🙂
You’re so kind. Thank you. Happy New Year!
If you want to know what the whiteboy will do, just look at what he has done. In every instant when he has had the power to do so with impunity, he has terrorized, enslaved and attempted genocide of non whites. Yet, when we beam him up, he is the one who screams the loudest and protest the most about the injustice of us eating is white ass.
Surely, you jest. The protests and angst just makes them that more delicious.
Russia spent Christmas bombing Ukraine, with complete faith that the United States would do nothing to stop the escalation of its genocidal war in Ukraine. And why should it believe otherwise? Over the last several months, the United States has not even attempted to curb Vladimir Putin’s blood lust. Instead, the Russian president has been meeting with American dignitaries in the Kremlin, including Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner, to discuss a Ukrainian surrender that would give Russia nearly everything it wants.
All of this has antecedents to the Biden Administration and, particularly, to Merrick Garland’s Department of Justice.
Garland became attorney general with a promise that carried enormous weight: restore the rule of law. After years of norm-shredding during Donald Trump’s first term, Americans weren’t demanding vengeance but they were asking for accountability, for a Justice Department willing to do the unglamorous work of following money and power wherever it led.
Garland failed that test, not because he brought weak cases, but because he declined to investigate the most obvious corruption risks staring him in the face, tRump’s thieving gang.
That failure is no longer confined to the past. It is shaping the present — and endangering the future. …
The US spent the new year planning the take over of Venezuela. Trump now can steal a lot of its oil revenue.
President Donald Trump announced the operation in a 4:21 a.m. Truth Social post, revealing that U.S. forces had seized Maduro and flown him out of the country to face criminal charges in the United States. The action, which Trump did not seek congressional authorization for, represents the most aggressive use of military force against a foreign head of state in a generation.

Republicans once insisted that they were the party of ideas. They talked about limited government, free markets, federalism and personal responsibility. You could disagree with the premise, but at least there was a premise. You could debate it, cite it, interrogate it, debate it. Conservatism presented itself as a philosophy, not a feeling.
MAGA ended that era.
What defines today’s Republican Party is not a coherent worldview but a sense of belonging. You are no longer judged by what you believe but by whether you are one of us; not by how you reason but by how loudly you signal loyalty. MAGA is not an ideology so much as an identity — tribal, emotional, and fiercely policed…
it’s definitely a cult
Congress has gotten bad at being Congress
For the second time in a decade, the GOP holds total sway over Washington, controlling both chambers of Congress and the White House. But as 2025 ends, the majority party has little to show for its meager efforts at legislating. In fact, the data show that Congress is getting worse and worse at its main job: passing laws.
Despite Republican majorities in the House and Senate, only 61 bills passed both chambers this year, according to Congress.gov. Of those, 22 were disapproval resolutions overturning Biden administration rules and regulations. Two others were bills renaming federal buildings: a post office in Oklahoma and a New Jersey outpatient clinic run by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
Compare those statistics to the first year of the first Trump administration. In 2017, House Speaker Paul Ryan and Sen. Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., were the other two points in the Republican leadership trifecta. Those two GOP lawmakers got 97 bills to Trump’s desk that year. Fifteen of those bills were resolutions disapproving of Biden administration rules and three named federal buildings. By the end of the 115th Congress about a year later, 344 pieces of legislation had been enacted.
It’s hard to imagine things picking up that swiftly over the next 12 months.

Must Know Details To Check On Canned Tuna Labels
Standing in the grocery aisle staring at dozens of canned tuna options can feel overwhelming. Each can or pouch displays different terms, certifications, and claims that seem designed to confuse rather than help. The reality is that reading a tuna label properly can save money, improve meals, and ensure the purchase meets expectations – but only when understanding what actually matters versus what’s just marketing fluff.
White versus light tuna makes a big difference
Most people grab whatever tuna is on sale without realizing that white and light tuna come from completely different fish species. White tuna always means albacore, which has a milder taste and firmer texture that works well in sandwiches or salads where the tuna needs to hold together. Light tuna typically contains skipjack, yellowfin, or tongol species that have a stronger, more pronounced fish taste.
The price difference between these types exists for good reason – albacore costs more to catch and process. However, light tuna varieties often work better in recipes with strong seasonings or sauces since their bolder taste won’t disappear. Understanding this distinction prevents disappointment when expecting a mild tuna salad but ending up with something that tastes too fishy.
Solid versus chunk affects more than appearance
The terms solid and chunk describe how the tuna is cut and packed, which directly impacts both price and usefulness. Solid tuna, sometimes labeled as “fancy,” contains larger pieces cut from a single loin that maintains its shape when drained. This works perfectly for recipes where presentation matters, like a nice tuna salad for guests or adding to a pasta dish where distinct pieces are wanted.
Chunk tuna breaks into smaller, varied-sized pieces that cost less but work fine for most everyday cooking. The texture difference becomes obvious in certain recipes – solid cuts maintain their structure in salads while chunk varieties tend to break apart more. Flaked tuna offers the smallest pieces at the lowest price, perfect for spreads or dips where the tuna gets mixed thoroughly anyway.
Oil versus water packing changes everything
The liquid surrounding canned tuna affects both taste and texture in ways that many people don’t realize until they use the wrong type for a recipe. Water-packed tuna drains cleaner and provides a neutral base that won’t compete with other ingredients in the dish. This makes it ideal for recipes with delicate seasonings or when controlling the fat content matters for the final result.
Oil-packed tuna carries more richness and often tastes better straight from the can, making it perfect for quick snacks or simple preparations. The oil quality varies significantly between brands – some use cheap vegetable oils while others use olive oil that actually enhances the fish. Oil-packed varieties also tend to have a softer, more luxurious texture that works well in Mediterranean-style dishes or when serving the tuna with minimal preparation.
Species names reveal important quality differences
Generic “tuna” labels hide the fact that different species offer vastly different eating experiences. Albacore provides the mildest taste and whitest color, making it the premium choice for people who want fish that doesn’t taste too “fishy.” Yellowfin offers a pale pink color with a more pronounced flavor that many people actually prefer once they try it.
Skipjack represents the most common species found in affordable canned tuna, offering good value with a stronger taste that works well in seasoned dishes. Yellowfin tuna often provides the best balance of flavor and value for most cooking needs. Tongol, the smallest species, sometimes gets mixed with other varieties in “light” tuna blends. Reading the species name helps predict what the tuna will actually taste like in the final dish.
Fishing method labels matter for consistency
How the tuna was caught affects both the quality of the fish and the consistency from can to can. Pole and line fishing catches fish one at a time, resulting in less stress on the fish and better texture in the final product. This method also means the fish gets processed more quickly, maintaining freshness better than fish caught in large nets that might sit for hours.
Large net fishing methods like purse seines catch many fish at once, which can be more economical but sometimes results in fish that’s been stressed or damaged during the catching process. Pole and line fishing typically produces more consistent quality, though it costs more. When a label doesn’t mention the fishing method at all, it usually means the manufacturer used whatever was cheapest, which might result in inconsistent quality between different cans.
Country of origin affects processing standards
The location where tuna gets processed influences everything from freshness to safety standards. Tuna processed in countries with strict food safety regulations typically offers more consistent quality and better handling procedures. Some countries process fish on boats immediately after catching, while others transport fish to land-based facilities that might take longer.
Different processing locations also follow different standards for things like salt content, oil quality, and packaging procedures. Fish processed closer to where it was caught usually tastes fresher since less time passes between catching and canning. The country of origin label helps predict not just quality but also consistency – some processing facilities maintain stricter standards that result in more reliable products from can to can.
Expiration dates work differently than expected
Canned tuna expiration dates represent peak quality rather than safety cutoffs, but the way different brands date their products varies significantly. Some companies use conservative dates that ensure the best possible taste, while others extend dates to reduce waste. Understanding how long the tuna has been sitting on shelves helps predict both taste and texture quality.
The date format itself provides clues about freshness expectations – products with longer shelf life projections sometimes use different preservation methods or processing techniques. Cans with dates far in the future might contain more preservatives or different oil types that extend shelf life but potentially affect taste. Checking dates carefully becomes especially important when buying in bulk or stocking up during sales.
Ingredient lists reveal hidden additives
Simple tuna should contain only tuna, liquid (water or oil), and maybe salt, but many brands add extra ingredients that change both taste and texture. Vegetable broth, hydrolyzed proteins, and natural flavors appear in many products as flavor enhancers that some people want to avoid. These additives can make cheaper tuna taste better but might cause problems for people with certain dietary restrictions.
Preservatives like sodium phosphates help maintain texture but add sodium that affects the final dish’s salt content. Some brands add vitamins or omega-3s that weren’t naturally present in the fish. Reading ingredient lists helps avoid unexpected flavors or additives, especially when using tuna in recipes where pure fish taste is important. The shortest ingredient lists usually indicate less processed products that taste more like actual fish.
Certification logos indicate different standards
Various certification logos on tuna cans represent different standards and priorities, though many consumers don’t understand what each one actually means. Dolphin-safe labels indicate that dolphins weren’t harmed during fishing, but this doesn’t guarantee anything about the quality of the tuna itself. MSC certification means the fishery meets certain sustainability standards, which might correlate with better handling practices.
FAD-free labels indicate fishing without fish aggregating devices, which sometimes results in higher quality fish since the catching process is more selective. Various certifications focus on different aspects of production, from environmental impact to worker conditions to fish handling practices. While these certifications don’t directly affect taste, they often correlate with companies that pay more attention to overall quality control and processing standards.
Reading tuna labels becomes second nature once understanding what each element actually means for the final eating experience. The key is focusing on factors that directly affect taste, texture, and value rather than getting distracted by marketing claims. Armed with this knowledge, choosing the right tuna for any recipe or budget becomes much simpler and more reliable.

Why are we content to leave the management of Earth’s environment to the humans? We have the ability to dictate how clouds evolve, form precipitation, and affect Earth’s energy balance. We have done so on other planets when we terraform them.
We have mapped out the number of individual photons—massless, light-carrying particles— necessary to create clouds above any area on Earth. We can easily artificially generate clouds under temperature and humidity conditions of our choice. And since have the precise physics of how cloud droplets are distributed throughout a cloud, we can dictate the climate on Earth. If we are allowed to create oases in barren spots on the planet, this can be done immediately.

This “woman” IT professes to love is probably a mass killer in her own right.

Gimme some of that.
Epstein did not kill himself. If after you read this and you still think that he did. I’ve got a bridge in New York I want to sell you.
===================================
A recently released cache of surveillance video from the Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York City is raising new questions about the prison cameras at the facility where Jeffrey Epstein died in his cell in 2019.
The videos were among a huge cache of materials released on Dec. 23 by the Department of Justice as congressionally mandated by the Epstein Files Transparency Act. Rather than clarifying events surrounding Epstein’s death, the footage appears to complicate the official narrative, and contradicts some prior statements about the prison’s surveillance system.
Epstein was found dead in his cell at approximately 6:30 a.m. on Aug. 10, 2019, by a corrections officer delivering breakfast at the Metropolitan Correctional Center, where he was awaiting trial on federal sex trafficking charges. His death was ruled a suicide by the city’s chief medical examiner.
Three months later, then-Attorney General Bill Barr said he had personally reviewed prison surveillance footage and verified that no one entered Epstein’s cell area in the hours before his death, which supported his conclusion that Epstein died by suicide.
The FBI released that footage this summer and analysis by CBS News found that the footage did not provide a clear enough view to definitively prove that no one entered Epstein’s cell area, and there were other inconsistencies with official statements and witness interviews. The DOJ and FBI declined to comment at the time.
Specifics about what cameras were and were not operating comes mostly from a 2023 report by the Department of Justice’s Office of the Inspector General. That report stated that although there were 11 cameras in the Special Housing Unit (SHU), 10 were not recording due to malfunctioning hard drives.
The single camera inside the common area of the SHU that was recording was positioned on an upper tier and showed only a sliver of the staircase that led to Epstein’s tier.
In the 2023 report, the DOJ’s inspector general did acknowledge the existence of an additional camera covering a secondary entrance to the SHU. That footage was never released and, according to the report, did not show anything revealing about Epstein’s visitors or his death.
New footage brings questions, not answers
Among the files released by the Justice Department on Dec. 24 were more than 400 one-hour clips of surveillance videos from MCC. The footage spans non-sequential, seemingly arbitrary time periods dating back to July 5, 2019, more than a month before Epstein’s death.
According to internal DOJ emails included in the disclosure, the surveillance system was configured to retain only 30 days of footage. That raises an immediate question: Why do videos from July 5 exist at all?
One potential explanation, experts in video forensics that CBS News spoke with said, that if the system had excess storage capacity the old footage wouldn’t be overwritten, so footage outside of that 30-day window would be easily recovered.
“[The system] won’t overwrite anything until the space is needed,” said Stacy Eldridge with Silicon Prairie Cyber Services.
The new cache of video also includes footage from five more cameras inside the prison. Most notably, the release includes several hours of footage from a camera previously described as non-recording. It provides an unobstructed view of the primary entrance to the SHU and the stairs leading to Epstein’s tier.
The four non-sequential one-hour videos from this camera are all dated Aug. 12, 2019 — two days after Epstein’s death. However, Department of Justice correspondence states that the surveillance system stopped recording on July 29 and was not repaired until Aug, 14.
This raises questions about which cameras were in fact recording at the time of his death. One potential explanation is that, following Epstein’s death, the system could have been reconfigured so that this camera was attached to a different, functioning DVR recorder. Based on the fact that the on-screen display stays the same and the dates do not overlap, experts told CBS News they thought a wiring change was the most logical explanation.
“There is a plausible explanation for it, but it’s just odd,” said Nick Barreiro, a digital forensic expert with Principle Forensics.
If anything, this camera reveals the missed opportunity that a clear shot like this would have provided for investigators working to determine what happened that night.
“It fills in gaps that are obviously missing from the perspective of the other camera,” Barreiro said.
Another question is what happened with the footage from the night of July 23, less than three weeks before his death, when Epstein was found unconscious on the floor of his cell but then revived. That incident happened prior to the hard drive failures that led to the broken DVR system. Epstein’s tier had a camera positioned at the end and it would have captured his cellmate calling for assistance and corrections officers responding. The DOJ has previously said they have been unable to locate it.
Experts say that footage could have been damaged when the hard drive failed. Correspondence included in the release indicates efforts to recover the data from the damaged hard drives were abandoned because the process could have taken six months or more and wouldn’t necessarily yield results.
“They’re probably going to have to manually switch everything back together,” said Eldridge. “Like everything in every investigation, what’s your priority.”
In addition to the SHU footage, the DOJ also released 188 one-hour video clips from a camera covering an adjacent housing area known as “10 South,” which is designated for housing the most dangerous inmates, including suspected terrorists (although it was apparently mislabeled as “9S, L tier”). Those videos similarly do not run continuously, but instead span sporadic hours beginning July 5 and ending the day after Epstein’s death.
The disclosure also includes three one-hour videos showing a desk area from seemingly random hours on Aug. 11 and Aug. 12, as well as 26 one-hour clips from the previously acknowledged elevator bank, covering assorted hours between Aug. 7 and Aug. 11.
In addition to those videos, a 2-minute and 23-second-long video labeled “J tier” was included that shows several guards walking around a cell tier. No date is given for this video. According to the 2023 inspector general’s report, the J tier camera was not recording at the time of Epstein’s death.
These videos are likely a fraction of the videos held by the DOJ. Documents obtained by CNN earlier this year revealed that the DOJ had footage from 147 cameras from the prison covering a 24-hour period before and after Epstein died, totaling over 8 terabytes of data. The internal documents indicate that the footage does not reveal anything significant “since the cameras in the Special Housing Unit … were not active at the time.”
After corrections officers discovered Epstein’s body, it was transported from his cell to a medical facility inside the prison, then to an ambulance waiting outside. It’s likely that some of that movement would have been captured on working cameras, but none of those have been made public.
It’s not clear if the DOJ plans to release additional video. If they do not, they could be in violation of the law which requires the release of “all unclassified records, documents, communications, and investigative materials” related to Epstein and his death.
CBS News has reached out to the Department of Justice for comment but has not received a response.
So where are the other two (38) comments? Something we shouldn’t read?
China is planning to drill 4.35 miles into the Earth’s crust. That is deep enough to reach our homes located near the Earth’s mantle. We reserve the right to preserve our secret existence. We have been here about 3,000 years before humans, so we are merely alerting you of our intentions as we don’t need to get your permission.
The discovery of the Y/` wreck has allowed the humans to discover the secrets of our magnetic cloak. The UK’s discovery occurred when they accidentally activated the cloak on the ship. That ship had a cloak that works for any type of shape. They have the one that can manipulate the flow of magnetism around an object so that it behaves as if tje object isn’t there.
What are your suggestions? Is it too late to demand the return of the technology? Even if we retrieve the device, practical manufacturable cloaks for complex geometries will be within their reach. This will enable next-generation shielding solutions for their science, medicine, and industry.
Losing that device is a serious breach of the Product Edict. It is a second generation cloaking device. With it humans will be able to rewire the magnetic flow around the cloak such that any external magnetic fields passing by are unable to detect the object under the cloak.
They will be able to hide from some of our MotherShips. Fortunately, our latest scientific discovery allows us to pierce that veil. However, this will add to the war capabilities of more advanced countries, and they will most certainly use it to wage war against each other.
Relax, those devices were made from non Earth metals. Humans don’t have the capability to replicate the parts necessary to mass produce such devices.
Even if they could duplicate some of the cloaking, it would be decades before their primitive science could warp the magnetic field to cover odd shaped fields.
Please forgive us if we are not impressed by your presentation concerning the growing intelligence of humans. If this is the best you can offer to suggest that we cease farming those animals, we are happy to have that discussion.
Humans – Intelligent? Are we talking about beings whose scientists are babbling about runaway black holes? The Immortal is out reshaping the Known Universe to ITS fancy. And those morons are using their feeble science to explain the formation of new stars, destruction of entire galaxies with black hole nonsense.
Amusing that they are amazed at the black hole speed of 2.2 million MPH. Most of our MotherShips can travel at almost twice that speed. They think going from Earth to their Moon in 14 minutes is stunning, we can do that in a little more than 8 minutes. If they only knew that the Immortal can make the journey in mere seconds.
You Aliens should consider that the Immortal has been hanging out with us for thousands of years. We can’t be all that bad if he finds us attractive. Back in the 70’s(1970s), I was a friend. We loved to go to Reno every weekend to do some serious gambling. Or at least I did, he never ventured far from the quarter slots. I would tease him about being so cheap that he wouldn’t try the dollar machines. On the way back to Oakland, I would be counting my winnings in the hundreds or thousands and he would be happy just to break even.
I remember one time he got tired of me ribbing him and he asked me to get him $20 worth of those dollar coins. I did and we went to the dollar machines. He played four times. The first time he pulled the one-armed bandit he won $1,000. On the second coin he won $2,000, on the third time he pulled, he won $4,000, on the third pull, he won $8,000 and on his last pull, he won $20,000.
We left that casino with $35,000 to visit three others. In each one he repeated the exact same scenario. We left Reno with $140,000. He gave the money to me and said, “What fun was that?” He never went to Reno with me ever again.
I had a similar experience with the Immortal around about the same time. However, I didn’t mind that he just played the quarter machines and on occasion the dollar slots while I played the $100.00 slots. We would meet up on the floor periodically to discuss our luck or winning streaks. Did you think that when you won, he was not in on it? Just because he didn’t say he had a hand in your winnings doesn’t mean, he didn’t tilt the machines in your favor.
He probably didn’t go with you after he showed you that he could win at will because you spoiled his enjoyment of experiencing the joy of winning via luck and the angst of losing.
I 19, in my 3rd life. The first two I spent on Lzope a planet resembling Earth, but with less water and no snow. I opted to return to earth for my third life. I had to join in Earth’s past of 2023 at 17. I could have entered your 2031 era, but he said that he would not be there.
Too young to go to Vegas this time around, looking forward to it when I am older.
Unless we interfere the Earth will have to increase their classification of storms from a category 5 to a category 6. That would be a hurricane with wind speeds in excess of 184 MPH. One is destined for the state of Florida this year. Presently the largest designation for hurricanes is a category 5 which is a hurricane with wind speeds of 155 or greater no matter how much greater it is. That will not help areas like Florida to prepare for one that is greater than 184MPH. They need to do much more to save lives and prevent damage from a storm that is traveling at speeds of 184 or greater.
Presently, we don’t plan on interfering since it was humans who created climate change that spawn the hotspots capable of driving catastrophic mega-hurricanes.
Bottled Water Brands Testing Positive for Dangerous Bacteria
That bottle of water sitting in your fridge might not be as safe as you think. Recent FDA recalls have exposed several popular bottled water brands containing harmful bacteria, affecting hundreds of thousands of bottles across multiple states. While we trust bottled water to be cleaner than tap water, these contamination issues reveal some serious problems in the industry that every consumer needs to know about.
Berkeley Springs water tested positive for coliforms
Berkeley Club Beverages just recalled over 150,000 bottles of their Berkeley Springs Water after testing revealed the presence of coliforms. These bacteria naturally live in animal digestive tracts and soil, but they definitely don’t belong in your drinking water. The recall affects both purified and distilled water varieties sold in one-gallon and five-gallon containers across Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia.
The contaminated bottles carry specific product codes: 090326, 090426, 090526, and 090626. While the FDA classified this as a Class III recall, meaning it’s unlikely to cause serious health problems, coliforms can indicate the presence of more dangerous bacteria like E. coli. The company hasn’t provided clear instructions on what to do with contaminated bottles, leaving many consumers confused about their next steps.
Fiji water contained manganese and three bacterial types
Even premium brands aren’t immune to contamination issues. Fiji Natural Artesian Water recalled more than 78,500 cases of their 500ml bottles after company testing found elevated manganese levels and three different bacterial genera. While Fiji claimed the bacteria were nonpathogenic and harmless, finding any bacteria in supposedly pure artesian water raises serious questions about quality control processes.
The affected bottles had case codes 6 32565 00004 3 and bottle codes 6 32565 00001 2, distributed throughout Washington state and sold nationwide online. The FDA assigned a Class III classification to this recall as well. Fiji resolved the issue quickly and their water returned to shelves, but the incident highlights how even expensive bottled water can have contamination problems that slip through initial quality checks.
Waiakea water had mysterious floating particles
Sometimes the contamination is visible to the naked eye. Waiakea Hawaiian Volcanic Water recalled over 3,800 cases of their 1-liter bottles after customers complained about floating particles in the water. The company didn’t identify what these particles were, which makes the situation even more concerning for consumers who might have already consumed the contaminated water.
The affected bottles carried codes WB123275 and WB123276 and were distributed across nine states including Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, Michigan, Texas, Florida, North Carolina, Georgia, and Colorado. The FDA classified this as a Class II recall, indicating a higher risk level than the previous recalls mentioned. When customers can actually see contamination floating in their water, it suggests quality control failures that should never happen in bottled water production.
Real Water caused acute liver failure cases
The most serious case involves Real Alkalized Water, which received a Class I recall – the most severe FDA classification indicating risk of serious health consequences or death. The FDA connected this water to cases of acute liver failure after consumption. Lawsuits alleged the alkaline water contained hydrazine, a toxic chemical that led to liver damage in multiple people.
Despite the recall being issued in May 2021, contaminated Real Water was still being sold at various outlets as recently as late 2024. The company ceased operations after the recall but never met FDA compliance standards to resume production. A $3 billion court ruling resulted from the lawsuits, yet some stores continued selling the dangerous product. This situation shows how recalled water can remain in circulation long after safety warnings are issued.
Coliforms indicate potentially dangerous bacteria presence
Understanding what coliforms mean is crucial for consumers. These bacteria don’t necessarily make you sick on their own, but they serve as warning signs that more dangerous microorganisms might be present. When water testing reveals coliforms, it suggests the water source or bottling process has been contaminated with fecal matter or organic material where harmful bacteria thrive.
E. coli is the most concerning type of coliform bacteria, capable of causing severe diarrhea, vomiting, stomach cramps, and fever. Other dangerous bacteria often found alongside coliforms include Salmonella and Shigella. The presence of any coliform bacteria in bottled water indicates a breakdown in the purification and bottling process that consumers pay premium prices to avoid. Water companies should catch these contamination issues before products reach store shelves.
FDA recall classifications don’t tell the whole story
The FDA uses three classification levels for recalls, but these ratings don’t always reflect consumer concerns. Class III recalls, labeled as unlikely to cause health problems, still involve contaminated products that shouldn’t be consumed. Class II recalls indicate potential health risks, while Class I recalls involve products that could cause serious harm or death. However, even Class III recalls deserve attention from consumers.
Many consumers assume bottled water undergoes more rigorous testing than tap water, but recalls prove this isn’t always true. The classification system helps prioritize regulatory response, but it doesn’t change the fact that contaminated water made it to market. Whether a recall is Class I, II, or III, consumers should avoid drinking the affected products and understand that quality control failures occurred somewhere in the production process.
Checking product codes prevents consuming contaminated water
Product codes are your best defense against drinking contaminated water. Every bottled water recall includes specific codes that identify affected batches. These codes usually appear on bottle labels, caps, or cases and consist of numbers and letters indicating production dates and facility locations. Keeping track of these codes helps you identify whether water in your home matches recalled products.
Make it a habit to check your bottled water against current recall lists, especially if you buy in bulk or store water for extended periods. The FDA maintains updated recall databases, and news outlets regularly report new contamination issues. Don’t assume that water purchased months ago is safe – some recalls affect products with long shelf lives that might still be in your pantry or emergency supplies.
Multiple states affected by these water contamination issues
Water contamination recalls often span multiple states due to widespread distribution networks. The Berkeley Springs recall affected Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia, while Fiji’s contaminated water reached customers nationwide through online sales. Waiakea’s particle-contaminated water spread across nine states, and Real Water’s dangerous alkaline products had national distribution before the liver failure cases emerged.
This geographic spread means contamination issues can affect millions of consumers simultaneously. State health departments work with the FDA to track affected products, but the responsibility ultimately falls on consumers to stay informed about recalls in their area. Regional water brands might have limited distribution, but major brands like Fiji can spread contamination problems across the entire country through their extensive retail and online networks.
Reporting illness from contaminated water helps track problems
If you become sick after drinking bottled water, reporting the illness to your local health department helps authorities track contamination patterns. Many people don’t connect their symptoms to bottled water consumption, assuming the water is safe. However, reporting these incidents helps identify contamination problems that might not be caught through routine testing.
Symptoms like diarrhea, vomiting, stomach cramps, and fever within hours or days of consuming bottled water could indicate bacterial contamination. Keep the bottle and packaging if you suspect water made you sick – this evidence helps health officials trace the contamination source. The CDC encourages consumers to report suspected water-related illnesses, as these reports often lead to recalls that protect other consumers from similar problems.
These recalls remind us that bottled water isn’t automatically safer than other drinking options. Staying informed about contamination issues, checking product codes against recall lists, and reporting suspected illness helps protect both you and other consumers. The next time you reach for that bottle of water, remember that even premium brands can have serious quality control problems that put your health at risk.
MAGA’s Somali Freakout: An Explainer
It’s about the racism, stupid.
MAGA has discovered a new folk villain: the Somali immigrant in Minnesota, allegedly ferrying your tax dollars out of the country in a suitcase labeled “Fraud.” It’s a convenient character — exotic enough to frighten cable news viewers, pliable enough to fit any storyline, and distant enough that the people being stereotyped don’t get to rewrite the script.
But the actual Minnesota fraud saga — the one in court filings, verdicts, and agency statements — doesn’t cooperate with the morality play.
The Feeding Our Future controversy that MAGA has been ranting about for weeks refers to a massive fraud scheme involving federal COVID-19 child nutrition funds, in which a network of Minnesota nonprofits and vendors falsely claimed to serve millions of meals to children in order to siphon off hundreds of millions of dollars. The scheme exploited emergency pandemic programs with lax oversight, submitting fabricated meal counts, fake invoices, and shell-company contracts while little or no food was actually provided. The case, which prosecutors described as one of the largest pandemic-era frauds in the country, has led to dozens of charges and convictions, including against Feeding Our Future’s founder.
In 2022, the Biden Justice Department charged nearly fifty people with wrongdoing in the scheme, a number that has grown to nearly eighty since. So far, fifty-seven people have been convicted, most of whom are of Somali descent.
Of course, for MAGA, this storyline has everything: Black villains who can trace their origins to what Trump calls a “shithole country,” a governor who was on the Democratic ticket in 2024, and waste, fraud, and abuse. There is more than a grain of truth in what Republicans claim transpired. Several dozen Somali-Americans did rip off taxpayers, Tim Walz is indeed the governor of Minnesota where this took place, and there was plenty of waste, fraud and abuse to go around.
But start with the most stubborn fact for anyone trying to sell this as a tidy ethnic fable: the mastermind whom federal prosecutors put at the center of the Feeding Our Future case is a woman named Aimee Bock. Brock is not a Somali immigrant, nor a recent arrival. She is a white Minnesotan but you rarely hear her name featured in the MAGA cinematic universe because she is… a white Minnesotan.
Instead, because many defendants charged in the broader web around the meals program have been Somali-Americans, the xenophobia has become rocket fuel for opportunists eager to launder xenophobia through the language of oversight.
Still, if the Trump administration and MAGA influencers are trying to convince the country that Somalis are the problem, they run into a second inconvenient fact: Somalis are also among the people who have been blowing the whistle on this scam. Minnesota state Rep. Kristin Robbins, a Republican lawmaker who is running for governor, told Fox News that “most of the best whistleblowers are also in the Somali community,” adding that many in that community “want to clean it up.”
Let’s translate that into plain English: the same community MAGA is treating like a criminal syndicate is also producing the people who are pointing to the fraud.
And this is where the whole act turns into what it always is in the MAGA era: performative moral panic. It’s high volume, low fidelity, designed to make the audience feel righteous rather than informed.
Because if MAGA were serious about fraud as a moral issue — if this were really about stealing from taxpayers and abusing the public trust — then fraud would be fraud no matter who did it, what they looked like, or which cable news demographic they scared. The crusade would be colorblind.
Which brings us to yet another chapter in MAGA’s hypocrisy tour: the “waste, fraud and abuse” scam that Republicans have run on since time immemorial but in which they actually engage every single day. And this one is a doozy…
So far the practice of manipulating humans through their dream state has been very successful. Those who objected to the practice because of fear they would catch on, need not be concerned. Humans universally have difficulty remembering their dreams because the brain chemicals necessary for converting short-term memories into long-term memories are suppressed during REM sleep.
