Unless you too are stuck under the sea, you’re probably aware of the Titan submersible that has been “lost” on an expedition into the Atlantic Ocean to the view the wreck of the Titanic. The crew is just about out of oxygen if it’s not already depleted. This morning I read that the window on the craft wasn’t designed to withstand the depth they were taking the vessel, among other safety concerns. And that the company owner of OceanGate, who is currently entombed in the Titan, didn’t want a third party safety review.
Anyone reading with ocean knowledge know what has actually happened?
