The solar storm has caused a huge backup in entry requests and entry implementations.
This back is made more severe because most communication mechanisms have suffered some kind of impairment.

Are we allowed to do our demonstration without backup? We didn’t leave but our S/4> did. Re-entry has been problematic for the usual reasons. But the storm has exacerbated those usual problems beyond our most severe expectations.
I have received a weak request for assistance from call signal T/b9. Will estimate Vector location and request assistance from nearest vessels.

Russia has been acting in a manner that is directly antagonistic to our requests for the return of our lost vessel.
We are requesting permission to up the message that we want it returned intact.
The Northern gate has been damaged by collisions between sun ray impaired vessels. Avoid the area if possible.
If not approach with extreme caution. Communication in general is a problem all around. Therefore assistance may be long in coming.
Is anyone capable of messaging here in a position to offer assistance to those in need inside also?
And if so, can they also offer assistance to those outside in need of same?
