If Yl_6, continues to err in its representation, we should be allowed to correct or eliminate that which impedes us.
By that logic “we” should be allowed to deal with the humans who “farm” fish to detriment of the planet.
I would concentrate on better diction. The humans who are destroying the earth don’t care about the harm they do. It’s only about the profit. Those that do are not in a position to affect the destroyers behaviors.
No one leader is responsible for the health and welfare of the planet. The C. for this side of the U. is in training.
Hence anyone of us can take control of this puny planet. It’s the argument of when that prevents that. Will we wait for the cattle to exterminate itself or will we step in as good drovers and manage our herd?
Then there’s the argument from those who see a higher purpose for the cattle. So the stalemate persists.
We are for answering the positions put forward in the previous issues of the Avenue.

I like that move to allow us to go back. I missed a few opportunities to make a few timely comments. So how long do we have to wait for the access to occur? Not complaining. Just asking.

The other solution would be to punish repeat offenders.
We have considered that. It will depend on several factors.
The US that you hold so highly is just as guilty of racism as any of the other earth countries. The white race that controls that country is more racist than not today. Their history is full on racists doing whatever they pleased towards the non whites. 99.9% of it was to the detriment of those races, i.e. “The Insular Cases state constitutional protections and political equality don’t necessarily apply to the U.S. territories, which are home to “alien races” whose customs, religion and way of thinking make it impossible to govern them, “according to Anglo-Saxon principles.” – This was their policy towards all of the territorities they administered which were of another race.
Hence, our opinion would be that we treat that bastion of racial oppression the same as we would any other nation on the planet earth.
Remember that you have to pause long enough for the blog to accept your posts. Those of you getting the notice that you are attempting to “post too fast,” is the inability of the blog to accept simultaneously different locations posting at the same time. Try not to take umbrage and wait patiently to repost.
The “Insular Cases,” decided in 1901 by the same Supreme Court that upheld segregation laws, should have no place in modern day America, but unfortunately that is not true even today in America. Therefore we too see no need to give the US any more consideration that we decide to give to the rest of the planet earth.
Our resolution recognizes these racist and imperialist assumptions for what they are. We reject the Insular Cases and the continued racist actions of white cotrolled America and affirm the importance of equal rights for Americans and other non white races everywhere, even in the U.S. insular areas and their relationship .
“The Insular Cases are some of the most unrepentantly racist and doctrinally flawed decisions ever handed down by our Nation’s highest court,” stated Equally American, an organization that has been working to advance equality and voting rights in the territories. “They effectively stripped the residents of American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands of their constitutional and democratic rights in ways that are fundamentally incompatible with the guiding principles that the United States was founded upon.”
