RICO baby!

FOUR INDICTMENTS!! tRump and 18 cronies charged with 14 counts in Georgia for election interference. The RICO charge makes this the most serious of his four indictments. You can read the indictment, here.

Why Trump is facing RICO charge originally meant for Mafia

A grand jury in Fulton County, Georgia, has indicted former President Donald Trump and more than a dozen of his associates for election fraud, racketeering and other charges related to alleged efforts to overturn the 2020 election. CBS News legal analyst Rikki Klieman discusses why Trump and his co-defendants are being prosecuted under same RICO Act used against the Mafia.

Before the indictment yesterday, the article below explained his risk of going to jail. Let’s hope this latest indictment brings that home.

In answer to your question about a Black Hole.

Most of the information about the characteristics of a black hole is false because a Black Hole doesn’t operate according to your recognized laws of physics. In space they operate as a means to skirt the requirements of time. Essentially they operate as something you call a “Worm Hole.”

Most modern MotherShips are equipped with technology that allow them to avoid the “Event Horizon” of a BlackHole and examine its ability to remain stable during a controlled dissension into the Hole. The electromagnetic charge of the Hole when matched enables a MotherShip with hull characteristics that allow the ship to remain intact while navigating the route calculated to take it to its destination to take advantage of a feature of the Hole that freezes time.

Hence it can exit the Hole in another Galaxy or part of the same Galaxy without experiencing a lapse of time. Some MotherShips have the technology to traverse a Black Hole in a way that allows it to exit to its destination before at a time before it entered the Hole on the other side of that Galaxy. Or so it is rumored, we don’t have that capability.

Entering a Black Hole is fraught with dangers. Thus it is not something a MotherShip with a crew of more than a million entities would attempt without serious consideration. That being said, Black Holes are regularly traversed as a means of folding space and time to meet travel requirements to various places in the Known Universe.

That is the image We discovered. The head gear allows her to maintain that illusory image. Not sure if the immortal could see past it. She was 11 feet tall and her feet had 6 toes. She was unaware of the size difference before she traveled to earth. According to our records he matched her size and they left for the Amazon where they produced a brood of females as she could not carry a male to term. It is rumored that many of the females were born immortal and something, we do not know what, cast them into a parallel Universe or dimension. If they returned to this one they would lose their immortality. Some attempted and lived out their lives in a normal linear span. Others aged so rapidly they turned to dust upon entry.

Off she goes to the doctors, and about an hour later she comes in with red eyes and mascara running down her face through crying. “What’s the matter, is it something serious ?“ he asks anxiously. “ The doctor told me I had a lovely fanny” she sobbed. “ HE SAID WHAT!” Said her husband. “ He said I had a lovely fanny” she said. “ I’m not having that, I’ll sort him out” hubby says. Off he goes to the doctors, goes straight past the receptionist and barges into the doctors surgery, grabs the doctor by the throat and pins him against the wall. “ You pervert. What do you think you are doing, telling my wife she has a lovely fanny?”

“No No Mr Jones” gasped the doctor, “I told your wife that she had Acute Angina”😀😀

Three men were sitting in the same row of a 767 waiting for their long flight to take off. As the airplane got airborne and reached cruising altitude, the gentleman in the window seat says, “Admiral, United States Navy, Retired; married; two sons, both judges.”

The gentleman in the isle seat says, “Admiral, United States Navy, Retired; married; two sons, both surgeons.”

The man in the middle seat leans his chair back and says, “Chief Petty Officer, United States Navy, Retired; never been married; two sons, both Admirals.”

Cherokee Women and Their Important Roles:

Women in the Cherokee society were equal to men. They could earn the title of War Women and sit in councils as equals.

This privilege led an Irishman named Adair who traded with the Cherokee from 1736-1743 to accuse the Cherokee of having a “petticoat government”.

Clan kinship followed the mother’s side of the family. The children grew up in the mother’s house, and it was the duty of an uncle on the mother’s side to teach the boys how to hunt, fish, and perform certain tribal duties. The women owned the houses and their furnishings. Marriages were carefully negotiated, but if a woman decided to divorce her spouse, she simply placed his belongings outside the house. Cherokee women also worked hard. They cared for the children, cooked, tended the house, tanned skins, wove baskets, and cultivated the fields. Men helped with some household chores like sewing, but they spent most of their time hunting.

Cherokee girls learned by example how to be warriors and healers. They learned to weave baskets, tell stories, trade, and dance. They became mothers and wives, and learned their heritage. The Cherokee learned to adapt, and the women were the core of the Cherokee.

Apple has made changes to how AirTags work, making it harder for criminals to use these tiny tracking devices in this way. The iPhone now has a built-in setting that sends you alerts any time it thinks you’re being tracked by an AirTag — and Apple even released an app that alerts Android users of any rogue AirTags as well.

Now, however, Android has its own built-in feature so that you’re alerted of any unwanted AirTag tracking — no app required. Here’s how to find the new “unknown tracker alerts” setting on your Android phone.

You should listen to the story told by humans in their Novel called “The Jungle Book.” In that book the human way of lying in the face of fact is ever apparent. In this book Shere Khan, the tiger, is portrayed as the villain and Mowgli, the human child, as the hero. Yet Shere Khan is merely telling the jungle occupants why a human shouldn’t be allowed to live among them. He tells them it is because of the destructive tendencies of humans. They bring the “red rose”(Fire) that destroys everything it touches.

Our group says the same thing about allowing humans into the intergalactic community. They will bring their “red rose” (malevolent ways with their destructive mind set and destroy worlds. But I digress.

Shere Khan from the Jungle Book live.

When he first spots Mowgli he intends to kill him, he reminds everyone of the law of the jungle that says that men are forbidden, and that the wolves are the ones breaking the law by taking him in.

“Shere Khan: Shift your hunting ground for a few years and everyone forgets how the law works. Well, let me remind you. A man-cub becomes man, and man is FORBIDDEN!”

And there’s a good reason for that: when man goes into the jungle he brings the red flower (fire), and the red flower destroys anything it touches. Most of the law of the jungle is precisely to prevent man from going there, as it doesn’t only forbid it from the jungle, it also forbids the jungle animals from going into the man’s villages or to kill his livestock. Shere Khan has reason to fear them: he was the one that killed the humans (Mowgli’s parents) that were (in his view) trespassing the jungle, as the law of the jungle says, and was heavily burnt because of it; he bears the red flower scars all over his body and on his eye.

His goal is to kill Mowgli the man pup before he becomes a grown man and brings the red flower and its destruction to the jungle, but he follows the law which decrees that animals won’t kill each other while there’s a drought, to make it possible for everyone to drink water safely.

So, what does Mowgli do?… he was found as a baby, raised on the law of the jungle (even if his very presence was breaking it), and according to the law he is given the choice to leave and go live with the humans… instead of that he does exactly what Shere Khan warned everyone he’d do, even before becoming an adult man: he goes into the man village, grabs the red flower and brings it to the jungle to use as a weapon, burning everything on his path, causing a huge forest fire.
How many animals died in the fire? How many more lost their homes, their food, their families? The only reason the entire jungle didn’t burn out because of this human’s destructive ways was that the elephants were around and were able to divert the river and put down the fires.

And yet the humans portray Shere Khan as the villain and Mowgli the hero in this tale told by humans. It should not be lost on aliens that the humans see themselves always as the good regardless of how they destroy their environment and the world around them. They discriminate among the races, the sexes, the religions, ideologies and everything else in between. They are the villains without a conscious who rewrite the facts in face of the facts.
I say allow the herders to herd them. Take a few pets for yourselves if you must, but do not interfere with those who recognize cattle when they see it.

Did we not warn you about this? The humans are using data they gained by experimenting on the immortal to extend the lives of man and many different species on earth. One of the most successful so far has been the pill developed to give to large dogs longer lives. There are several billionaires funding a similar study for themselves and their families. Do we really want billionaires living forever or even 100 more years than they would have? Something has to be done here.

    • ?? says:

Are you saying the immortal is in the custody of humans?

      • J]6 says:

He cannot be held against his will. He can be convinced that what he is doing is helpful to someone, or his sense of boredom with this life can be appealed to. We don’t actually know what makes him do what he does. We have been tracking him as he travels from world to world. We think there is some vulnerability accepted when he assumes the forms of entities on those worlds, but we have yet to record anyone exploiting them.

Most worlds that he has spent time on have entities that have mastered most of their health issues, hence their bodies are not as vulnerable as the ones you humans have. The question is will he or can he sub come to an injury to a human body that he is occupying.

The wonders of the Known Universe are as mysterious as those unexplainables on your planet. We too seek the expansion of life years. You dream of extending your lives by hundreds of years, we are aiming for tens of thousands. The immortal seems to be the key.

Here is my plan.

I am going to get a merchant account and start making Donald Trump t-shirts for the coming election. I will have his signature put on the t-shirt and hire a graphic artist from fiver or some other website where professionals give you their labor for cheap.

I will order 10,000 t-shirts made in bulk in some Chinese warehouse for $2.50 a shirt and have them shipped over here. Next, purchase a couple ads on Twitter (or X — whatever) and advertise my t-shirts for the low, low price of $17.99.

I will take 20% of my supply and put Trump’s signature on the back and sell those for a premium of $24.99.
I guarantee you that I will sell out. Of course I will be lying about Trump autographing 2,000 of the t-shirts though. Who the fuck cares — fuck ’em and fuck ethics, too. This large demographic has done nothing but sink your mind into depression over the past decade so rob them legally.

Neerja Bhanot, a 22-year-old Indian air hostess, is one of immense bravery and selflessness. Despite facing opposition from societal norms and her own family, Bhanot broke free from an abusive arranged marriage and embarked on a new journey as a model and flight attendant for Pan Am. Fate would put her courage to the ultimate test when, in 1986, she found herself onboard Pan Am Flight 73, which was hijacked by Palestinian terrorists in Pakistan.

Despite her relative inexperience, Bhanot rose to the occasion, displaying incredible heroism throughout the 17-hour ordeal. She fearlessly aided the pilots in their escape, ensuring their safety and the possibility of regaining control of the aircraft. Moreover, she shielded American passengers from execution, placing their lives above her own. In a moment of sheer courage, Bhanot opened the emergency door, enabling hundreds of individuals to jump to safety.

Tragically, Bhanot’s heroic actions came at a great cost. She was fatally shot while shielding three young children from gunfire. Her sacrifice, however, did not go unnoticed. Bhanot was posthumously honored with medals of bravery from India, Pakistan, and the United States, recognizing her exceptional valor and selflessness.

One poignant testament to Bhanot’s impact is that one of the children she saved grew up to become a pilot himself, inspired by her heroism. It is a testament to the enduring legacy of Neerja Bhanot, a woman whose unwavering courage and sacrifices continue to inspire others to this day. 🌟🇮🇳✈️👩‍✈️🕊️💪🏽💖👏🏼🏅🌍🙏🏻

Cleopatra became queen at age 17, and she lived for another 20 years, until her untimely death at age 39. She was fluent in nine different tongues. She was the only member of her dynasty to understand the ancient Egyptian language and read hieroglyphics. She was also fluent in Greek, Hebrew, Medes, Troglodytes, Syrian, Ethiopian, and Arabic, among other languages.

Now that she knew this, she could read whatever book she wanted. She was well-versed in many fields, including but not limited to linguistics, geography, history, astronomy, international diplomacy, mathematics, alchemy, medicine, zoology, economics, and physics. She actively sought out any and all available historical information.

Cleopatra devoted a significant portion of her life to working in a prehistoric equivalent of a laboratory. She has penned a few books on herbal remedies and beauty treatments. All of her work was lost in the great Library of Alexandria fire in 391 A.D. C. Galen, a well-known physicist, read her works and even managed to copy some of Cleopatra’s culinary creations.

Galen also advised her patients to use a special treatment that stimulated hair growth for males who were bald. Nevertheless, none of Cleopatra’s beauty advice from her writings has made it down to us.

With her linguistic prowess, the Egyptian queen had access to many now-lost papyri relating to herbal medicine. Throughout the first years of Christianity, her impact in the fields of science and medicine was widely recognized. Without a shadow of a doubt, she stands out as one of the most extraordinary people in human history.

There are well-maintained trails, spacious picnic areas, grass meadows, interactive visitor and youth learning centers, natural play spaces and over 200,000 plants, half of which are native. It’s hard to imagine that directly under the park there are six lanes of traffic whooshing by in the Highway 101 Presidio Parkway tunnels.

Barajeels have passively cooled buildings for centuries. These wind towers can lower temperatures by up to 50 degrees Fahrenheit depending on how they are designed and the levels of wind, according to Onyango. They work by funneling hot winds from outside to the lower floors of the building or even underground, where the air is cooled naturally. The cooled air is then released inside the building.

So long as there is wind flowing, the barajeel works without ever requiring electricity. Versions of these windcatcher systems can even be used in high rises. So why are you so committed to the US who still uses air conditioning in their buildings. Give some thought to the Middle East.

If China is the leading light for what the electric vehicle industry could be — mass-produced cars, effective policies, and a seamless supply chain — then Indonesia aims to provide the fuel that keeps that light burning. Nickel is a key ingredient for making stainless steel and EV batteries, and Indonesia holds some of the world’s largest reserves, mostly located in the remote islands of Sulawesi and Halmahera. In just three years, Indonesia has signed more than a dozen deals worth more than $15 billion for battery and EV production, including with Chinese suppliers for EV giants like Tesla, Hyundai Motor Company, LG Group, and Foxconn. More, like Volkswagen, are seeking to secure their EV futures by jumping into the fray.

Chinese ownership in the Indonesian nickel industry is extensive, though exact figures are disputed, with claims ranging from 61% to 99%. If anyone can find other source for Nickel, they will make a fortune. The hunt is on for companies who can supply the precious metal or make it more efficient, or find an alternative substance. The US is primed to pay anything for a way to acquire Nickel outside of Chinese control.

“You have to be thin, but not too thin. And you can never say you want to be thin. You have to say you want to be healthy, but also you have to be thin.

You have to have money, but you can’t ask for money because that’s crass.

You have to be a boss, but you can’t be mean. You have to lead, but you can’t squash other people’s ideas.

You’re supposed to love being a mother but don’t talk about your kids all the damn time.

You have to be a career woman, but also always be looking out for other people.

You have to answer for men’s bad behavior, which is insane, but if you point that out, you’re accused of complaining.”

From the Barbie movie and then there was the white slur upon my people.

  17. Anna says:

“Which one should get hung up in my Barbie room,” asked Minaj on the Instagram post. Not only did Disney’s story of Pocahontas perpetuate demeaning stereotypes, whitewash and infuse blatant racism in its telling, but it was and is dehumanizing in its creation of inaccurate Indigenous caricatures.

Erasure, disease and death are not funny. They have had lasting, intergenerational impacts, including contributing to a loss of knowledge. My spirit was so hungry for this knowledge as a little girl, so much so that I would try to talk to trees with my Pocahontas Barbie because it was the only form of representation I had seen at the time. I see so many Indigenous people fighting for that knowledge back today through their work in language reclamation, land and water stewardship, Indigenous legal orders, child welfare systems, and more.

I would have loved to have grown up speaking nêhinawêwin (Swampy Cree). My father understands it, and my grandparents spoke it fluently. My grandfather even had a radio station in Manitoba where he exclusively spoke nêhinawêwin. This loss began with the same history that dates back to Pocahontas’s “story” — dispossession, expulsion from our lands, forced assimilation, and discriminatory laws that disbanded many from speaking it for a time. Because of this, I didn’t get that opportunity. In the same way so many others didn’t.

Speaking of my grandfather, Murray McKenzie, he was a photojournalist. He received his first camera while recovering from tuberculosis at the Clearwater Lake Sanatorium. We know now that my grandfather was given a blanket carrying the disease. Murray was one of the few little boys who survived his ward at the sanatorium.

So imagine my surprise when a movie about another fantasized character, Barbie, goes on to include a reference to a disease that wiped out so many Indigenous peoples on the continent. For example, my colleague recently wrote a piece on the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Nation’s 100-year amalgamation anniversary, where it was shared that 100 years ago, the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw (the Squamish people) at one point went from a population of 30,000 to 400 because of disease.

  18. McKenzie says:

    I’ll end by saying this:

It is literally impossible to be an Indigenous woman.

We have to be beautiful but not too beautiful, or we might go missing.

We have to leave our homelands to become ‘educated,’ and to enter the ‘workforce.’

But we can’t forget who we are and where we come from.

We want to be good and loving mothers and protect our children,

But we can’t make a single mistake, or our children will be taken into the child welfare system.

We want to preserve the natural world for the next generation,

But colonial law will remove us with an injunction and put us in prison.

We want to honour our dead, but governments tell us that it “isn’t feasible.”

We want to speak our languages,

But so many of our language keepers have been lost to colonial violence.

Aren’t we tired of watching every single Indigenous woman kill herself to simply exist?

  19. C*/~ says:

Yes, we have found a way to deal with your people. You have gone to other worlds for centuries and impregnated their people with your foul genes. So we hunt you and we intend to eliminate you unless you stop your mating with the indigenous people of other planets. Here on earth you have created a people who’s skin emit a gas that harms the people around them. They like the people on my planet have been afflicted with your foul body odors.
On various forums and communities dedicated to this mysterious and medically unexplained condition, sufferers have labeled their disorder “people allergic to me.” Many say they’re forced to live like plague-bearing pariahs.

You have created hundreds of worlds with this affliction. Those here on earth found that the “people allergic to me” group emitted significantly higher amounts of various compounds with offensive odors, the exposure to which could potentially lead to adverse health effects. On average, these subjects gave off approximately five times more mercaptans (which smell like rotten cabbage), 50 times more acetone (found in nail polish remover), six times more hexanal (which smells like freshly cut grass), and 40 times more toluene, compared to control subjects.

The huge difference in emitted toluene stood out to the researchers, as the chemical is a known irritant. That is the “blood” that runs through your veins. You are a toxic present to all the worlds you visit. We will stop you.

  20. Melinda says:

    What is skiplagging?
It works like this: Say a passenger wants to travel from New York to Charlotte, N.C., but the nonstop route is pricey. So instead, they book a cheaper flight that takes them from New York to Denver, with a layover in Charlotte. Rather than fly all the way to Denver, they simply get off in North Carolina and ditch the rest of the ticket.

The practice isn’t exactly new. “Travel agents have known about hidden city fares for decades, and in some cases travel agents would knowingly tell their customers,” says Henry Harteveldt, a travel industry analyst at Atmosphere Research Group.

But as airline prices started to surge in late 2021, skiplagging started getting a lot more attention.

One site that’s helped popularize hidden city ticketing is Skiplagged.com. The website allows users to type in their desired destination, locating flights where that destination is actually a stopover en route to another city (with a less expensive fare). The customer simply exits the airport at the connecting city and never completes the second leg of the journey.

Last week, American Airlines filed suit against Skiplagged in federal court. In its complaint, American alleges that Skiplagged’s practices are “deceptive and abusive.”

“Skiplagged deceives the public into believing that, even though it has no authority to form and issue a contract on American’s behalf, somehow it can still issue a completely valid ticket. It cannot. Every ‘ticket’ issued by Skiplagged is at risk of being invalidated,” the airline said.

Officials for the site could not be reached for comment. But Skiplagged, which has been around for a decade, has survived past lawsuits from the likes of United Airlines and Orbitz. It even brags about these victories on its site, boasting, “Our flights are so cheap, United sued us … but we won.”

Why do the airlines dislike skiplagging?
Skiplagging is not illegal. But most major airlines, including American, Delta Southwest and United, don’t allow it.

For one thing, airlines lose money on the practice, says Tim Huh, a professor at the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business, who co-authored a study on skiplagging last year. For a non-direct flight, “they have a lower price ceiling for it compared to direct flights so that they can attract customers.”

When someone skips out on the final leg of a trip, airlines can’t fill the empty seat, which would have sold for more money had it not been booked as part of a multi-stop itinerary.

Personally I don’t care about an airline losing money. Have you seen how they nickel and dime you about everything concerning flying on one of their planes? They book you a trip and they charge you additionally for a seat on their plane to take the trip, like anyone expected to stand when they bought a ticket.

“They are selling that seat with a 95% probability that you’ll show up,” Huh says. “That’s what the airline accounted for. So that’s a [big] loss in the system.” Too fucking bad for the gougers is all I can say.

In addition, failing to board a connecting flight can cause confusion and delays at the gate, Harteveldt says. The airlines “will make announcements [such as] ‘paging passenger John Doe or Jane Doe.’ … The airline doesn’t want to leave people behind.” Trust me they don’t give a fuck about you being left behind once they have your money. This argument is just a ruse to justify preventing you from Skiplagging.

What are the risks for customers who skiplag?
If an airline finds out what you are doing, it could simply cancel your ticket or even ban you from flying with it. That’s what reportedly happened recently to a North Carolina teen who booked an American Airlines flight from Florida to New York but disembarked at his Charlotte connection. The boy’s father told Insider that American banned him from flying the airline for three years.

“If you’ve done this repeatedly, [the airline] is going to say you owe us money,” Harteveldt says. “They may be willing to settle for a certain number of cents on the dollar. Maybe they want to collect all of it. But airlines can and will take steps to protect themselves.” Let the bastards try and collect.

There are other drawbacks as well, he says. Even if your attempt at skiplagging is initially successful, it’s only likely to work for one-way travel. Once the airline realizes you didn’t fly to your ticketed destination, it is almost certain to cancel your return. Hello! Book a one way and Skiplag your return.

Finally, any checked luggage would arrive at the ticketed destination without you. So, carry-on is it.

We have discovered that it the human brain needs the body to exercise to give it the blood it needs to protect itself from dementia. Exercise has been shown to promote the creation of new neurons in the hippocampus, a brain region critical for learning and remembering things. This hippocampal neurogenesis results not only in improved memory and learning skills, but also has neuroprotective benefits that slow cognitive decline. Specifically, exercise can help prevent neurodegenerative diseases like dementia.

Human regular physical activity is also associated with improved attention, concentration and problem-solving skills. Interestingly enough, it’s not just the hippocampal areas that experience growth as a result of physical exercise. Regular, moderate exercise results in increased gray matter in the frontal area of their brains, which is the part of their brain responsible for the aforementioned executive functioning skills.

I don’t think we need to worry ourselves about exercising the humans we put in suspended animation for their journey to avoid a decline in the mental acuity. We have the ability to duplicate their endorphin hormone. It is well known that exercise stimulates the release of endorphins in their brains, which contribute to overall happiness.” Hence that blissful feeling they get immediately following a solid workout.

For those of you not familiar with how the human brain works. Endorphins are hormones produced by their brains to alleviate pain—and they are released during stressful and pleasurable activities alike. Once released, endorphins attach to opiate receptors in the reward center of their brains and the result is a wonderful, natural high. Hence, we don’t need to exercise these creatures.

You need not lecture us on the functioning of the human brain. Especially since you ignored the original premise put forward by F]8. There are other benefits to having an exercise routine for humans during their travels.
In addition to endorphin release, exercise is also linked to an increase in the production and release of dopamine and serotonin—neurotransmitters that have an impact on mood regulation, social functioning and sleep, among other things. The mechanism for this isn’t entirely understood by us, but the effect is clear: “Exercise has been shown to be an effective method for alleviating symptoms of depression and anxiety by promoting the release of these mood-enhancing neurotransmitters in humans. Yes we can duplicate many of them, but not all and it has been shown that sometimes the artificial human hormone isn’t as effective as the natural ones they create for themselves.

Our conclusion is humans need to be awaken occasionally for exercise periods.

      • B]8 says:

You need to leave the science of the human brain to those of us who have the expertise to study and factually about that study.
Regardless of how stimulating we make the rest period to the human brain, there’s evidence to suggest it might actually be shrinking their brains—since the body that supports that brain will be inactive. A sedentary lifestyle may result in decreased brain volume—specifically, reduced gray matter in regions important for memory and cognition.

What we do know for a fact is that if the human body doesn’t get enough physical exercise; 1. Blood flow to the brain is reduced, 2. Neurotransmitter Production Decreases, 3. Stress Hormones Increase, 4. Sleep Quality Is Reduced, and 5. Brain Volume Decreases.
