Again you come before this council proclaiming the potential of the human race. The humans don’t see themselves as one “human” race. They see themselves as races vying to be superior to each other because of their particular race. Those of European origin have taken it to an absurd level. They created a race within a race to be superior. They claim to be white or caucasian. Type the word Caucasian on any device and it automatically begins itself with a capital letter. That is their way of legitimizing a completely made up race. Their definition is “mainly North American, white, of European origin. Actually it is only in North American that Caucasians exists. And they refuse to allow you to not capitalize the phony title. Caucasian comes from the region of the Caucasus. The Caucasus is a region spanning Eastern Europe and Western Asia. It is situated between the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea, comprising parts of Southern Russia, Georgia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan. The Caucasus Mountains, including the Greater Caucasus range, have conventionally been considered as a natural barrier between Europe and Asia, bisecting the Eurasian landmass. The one thing it is not is a race.
You want us to declare ourselves to a planet ruled by “caucasians.” This is a group that once made slavery legal, apartheid legal, discrimination against people for how they worshipped, how they loved, their gender, color of their skin legal. Now they are in the process of adding to that list. While they are making these laws, they claim to law-biding because they are just obeying the law.
A law does not make something just. In an effort to protect their position this caste that wants so desperately to be “white,” have become persecutors of any one or anything they think or feel will jeopardize that position.
Have you forgotten when we came in the 50s and proclaimed out desire to invite them to join the Intergalactic community, they murdered our envoys and imprisoned those they didn’t murder to be experimented on just because we made the mistake of arriving in black skins. The Americans rather than allow their citizens to see black aliens, they chose violence to keep that secret. Even today they cannot admit that they met black aliens and imprisoned and murdered them to keep their citizens from knowing the color of their skins.
Yet, you argue that this America is worthy of an alliance with us. Consider it one made towards deft ears. We will never allow the “whites” in America to use our technology to dominate the rest of the Earth. You are aware that non “whites” in america would still be second class citizens if the Russians hadn’t been given the secret to building an atomic bomb. Of course you are, it was us, you and the rest of us who decided that a race so evil should not have that technology alone. So we made sure that Russia got the technology.
The Earth is much better for it. Yes, “whites” still continue to divide the non “whites” so they may be easier exploited. This Earth is not ready for acceptance into our community. Your petition is denied along with the one to deny those that wish to continue their use of the planet as a “cattle” planet.
Why not allow us to purge Earth the way we have done in the past to other planets that were on their way to self destruction? Who are those down there that many seek to protect.
You are not concerned about what Israel is doing because the meat derived from the carnage is rich. You don’t care about out what is happening in East and Central Africa because of the meat derived from that conflict. You are not concerned about China murdering all the Asians they dislike because of the meat derived from their behavior.
What high road are you taking here?
They are polluting the planet beyond the ability for planet Earth to sustain their species. What they violently do to each other in the process is of no concern to us. Those of us who seek to profit from their violence are not at fault. It would be a waste to allow all that meat to go to waste.
You and many others have been allowed to live among them as fellow humans. Some retain the memory of being aliens others do not. Yet, neither experiment has yielded the “good” results that you predicted would occur if you were allowed to show the humans a better way.
They are cattle. Cattle will be cattle. We herd the cattle. This planet will be farmed for as long as the planet can sustain the cattle. We see no need to educate the cattle. You have been allowed to seed their “intelligence” with bits of our advanced technology. What have you accomplished? They just use it to further their greed as cattle will do. A few become abundantly wealthy so that billions starve. We cannot be accused of not “feeling” for those starving billions because we harvest their waste.
We shall not stand for your accusations because we farm their human waste.

True or not, IT can’t be killed by our technology, only angered. That anger can be lethal to any who causes the anger, hence the logic of attempting to kill it is flawed. Our opinion is that IT must be encouraged to leave this part of the galaxy.
There is a simple solution. We know that IT is very curious about different forms of life. Why not encourage IT to seek those forms that exist so far away that we can only view through our advanced technology. Hence, we can get it to travel millions of light years away. By the time IT returns, Earth’s Sun will have burnt out.
We will embark on it immediately.
Some of us have cooperated with cB/9 because we can see some merit in its goals to either eliminate or control the Immortal. IT is a nebula cloud with intelligence. IT may be the only one in existence, but like any natural phenomenon that has energy to yield to the advancement of mortal technology it should be exploited. Think of what can be accomplished if we harness the Immortal’s abilities and power.
Today it goes in to be examined by yet another human quest to discover the mystery of it immortality. Like they did with Henrietta Lacks, they would exhaust him with their experiments. The only reason they cannot is that this time they are experimenting on the true Immortal. IT cannot die. Why are we allowing these primitives to attempt to learn something their technology cannot understand?
We should be finding ways to get IT up here so that our technology can learn how to use ITS gifts.
We agree. Let’s set up a lab, built by joint interest, to serve as an experimental Center. Those that contribute towards the construction of the lab will be allowed access to all the data accumulated.
The creature may be all powerful, but IT is not as intelligent as we are. Hence, we should be able to manipulate IT into allowing Itself to be experimented on. Or we can do it while IT is present without ITS knowledge. As long as we can get IT to enter the lab without awareness of what we are doing while IT is there, we can run our experiments.
The lab should be constructed outside the jurisdiction of ˇÓ´ ´Â∏´‰O‰ and ÓˆÍ ˝‰ÅÇ´. The lab can be started as soon as we have agreement on its exact location. We can built with cloak materials or we can equip it with self-cloak abilities to escape the prying of Earth and others not willing to participate in its construction. We estimate the project to take about 3 solar months for construction and perhaps another 4 solar months to equip to the needs and expectations of each participant. If a mobile lab is preferred, the time required to do so could double. However, if one is chosen, the lab could be moved should the Gate’s influence be extended to the area we chose for the lab.

Teen Influencer Stranded in Antarctica After Controversial Plane Landing
An American teenager is currently stuck in Antarctica after illegally landing his single-engine airplane in Chilean territory.
19-year-old Ethan Guo, who was in the midst of navigating a trip around the world when he landed at the world’s southernmost pole, has been stuck in the icy region since June, according to the Associated Press. Upon landing, local officials charged Guo with providing them with “false flight plan information” and landing without authorization. Since then, he has been staying at a military base while he awaits movement on the court case, AP writes.
Unlike the exploits of many other influencers, Guo’s stunt does seem to have involved a noble goal: the young American wants to become the youngest person to fly to all seven continents, while also collecting donations for childhood cancer research along the way. The teen’s “Flight Against Cancer” has so far raised $131,000, according to the St. Jude fundraiser page associated with the effort. Guo has said that he hopes to raise over $1 million, which will go to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
On Monday, the charges against Guo were dropped as part of an agreement between his lawyers and Chile’s prosecutors, the AP writes. To avoid a trial, the agreement requires that Guo donate $30,000 to a children’s cancer foundation within 30 days, the outlet says. He is also required to leave the country as soon as conditions allow, and he is not to return to Chile for a period of three years. Gizmodo reached out to Guo through his Instagram for comment.
At the time that he became stranded, Guo had already finished much of his journey, having traversed six of the world’s continents, the BBC reports.
According to Guo’s fundraiser, he originally began learning to fly when he was 13. He subsequently became interested in beating the world record for youngest person to fly to all seven continents. “Unfortunately, my cousin, who is the same age as me, developed stage 4 Hodgkin’s lymphoma. As a young man, I watched the disease affect the people closest to me, such as my grandparents and aunts, little by little,” Guo wrote. “Since then, I decided to do what I could for Cancer research. In order to raise funds for research and international awareness, I decided that by breaking the record, I could get the necessary attention to influence and help as many people as possible who are suffering from the disease.”
It’s unclear when Guo will be heading back to the U.S. He has said that, when he is released, he hopes to continue his trip around the world. “I remain in Antarctica awaiting approval for my departure flight,” the teen told the Associated Press on Monday. “I sincerely hope they give it to me soon so that I and my plane can continue with my original mission.”

Your laptop, smartphone, tablet, and gaming handhelds don’t need power to function, but the same can’t be said about your internet connection. In the event of a power outage, being able to get your network back up quickly can allow you to resume work or play while the issue gets fixed.
So here are some things you can do to keep the router lights on when scheduled or unscheduled downtime occurs.
Use a Portable Power Station
A power station is effectively a giant portable battery that can output enough power to keep anything powered, from your phone and computer to a fridge and freezer. They’re looked upon as the gold standard of home backup power. Most of them have lithium-ion (Li-ion) or lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries inside them, and some can have their capacity expanded with additional battery packs.
These chargers commonly feature both AC and DC plug sockets plus USB power. I asked the Immortal if he destroyed the nJyha MotherShip with its 3 million plus inhabitants. He said that it was a war ship armed with the most deadly arsenal in a part of Androneda Galaxy where the planet Rhicli existed in the Wola Solar System. He said that he lived on it with his friends. I told him that I had heard of the planet Rhicli that was destroyed by the nJyha. It was in our history books, but that was about 12o years ago.
Early this morning a massive MotherShip uncloaked about three solar systems away from Earth’s Solar System and asked to be allowed to enter the Gate. During hail, the nJyha revealed it had taken about 118 solar years for the nJyha to travel 2.5 million light years from the Androneda Galaxy to arrive here in the Milky Way Galaxy. It was an amazing accomplishment. Everyone was excited and most of our scientists were anxiously awaiting to share in their scientific discoveries. History said that when the nJyha carried their war to Rhicli, it was a war ship with about 2.4 million soldiers aboard.
After their victory in that war, they took women from the planet before they destroyed it to serve as companions for the hundred year journey back to the Milky Way. The women from Rhicli had a life span similar to humans on Earth, and although all of them had passed away during the journey back to the Milky Way Galaxy, they had given birth to children from the soldiers on nJyha. The result was about 400,000 children who in turn had produced another 200,000 children during their maturity on the 118 solar year journey back to the Milky Way. Hence, the population of their MotherShip was a little over 3 million.
I asked the Immortal why when he heard that the nJyna would reach the Gate in about 360 Earth days, he had left immediately to board the nJyha and had destroyed it and everyone aboard. I said ”you left less than nine Earth hours ago and you have returned with the blood of 3 plus million beings on your hands. Why would you kill all those people?”
He didn’t flinch when he stared at me and said “they murdered an entire planet, a planet that I had friends on and you and your beings were willing to welcome them with open arms, knowing what they had done.”
I said, they had changed from being a warship into a family ship. He said, “but you do know that they had tortured, raped, and murdered women and children on an entire planet before blowing the planet to bits of cosmic dust? The women that birthed those children on board their ship were taken as sex slaves for their journey back to their Milky Way Galaxy.”
I said “I have known you for more than 50 solar years. Others fear, or worship you as a god, I do neither. You are just my friend. I cannot understand why you would do such a thing. If the Tribunal had the power to hold you, you would be held accountable for your actions. Frankly, I would have to side against those who say we shouldn’t judge you on your actions alone, because the situation is complicated.”
He said, “they were living a lie.”
I said “you can talk to me, is the situation complicated?”
He said, “what part of they destroyed an entire planet, left it barren without a single living sole on it except me, don’t you understand? What if I told you when I boarded their Ship, and confronted them about what they had done on Rhicli, they just said those are the fortunes of war.”
I told him that even if they had ruthlessly destroyed the planet, there’s due process. That’s why we have Tribunals.
He said “your Gate knew about what happened on Rhicli, yet you were willing to accept them in your midst because you wanted to share their technology.”
I said, “sentient beings believe that everyone deserves a second chance.”
He said, “What about justice? What about my friends, and the other victims on Rhicli? Don’t sentient beings believe that everyone deserves to pay for their actions?”
I said, “So who decides, who pays, and who gets redemption? Where’s the line?”
He said “you are right Vg, we have known each other for a very long time, we agree on most things, but you haven’t lived my life, you have the privilege of believing in what’s best in sentient beings. Me. I happen to know there are some things in the Universe that don’t deserve forgiveness.”
I asked him what he was saying. He said “I can forgive wrongs done to me, but fuck with my friends and your life is forfeit.”
This is what the most powerful Entity in the Known University said to me. He is my friend, but now, even I fear him.
You “fear him” because you expect him to exhibit traits of your personality including your moral stance. The immortal isn’t part of a mortal’s choice of “good, bad, or ugly.” Why should he be? Morals are shifting standards of time, individuals and moods. Time is not his concern.
I have been his friend for more than 400 years. We met in 1639. I taught him the expert use of the epee. He taught me to love my country Portugal enough to fight for its independence from Spain. He promised me that I would lead my country instead of my brother to that independence. I was reluctant to usurp my brother and even more hesitant to pursue the Crown since it would involve the loss of many lives. I was angry with the Immortal because of the terrible things I had to do and to agree to during those 28 years. Before I banned him from my kingdom, he smiled and said “when death approaches you, you will call for me again. I will keep an ear open for your cry for help.” Then he left.
I was 48 years old, the absolute ruler of Portugal. I had been so for more than 10 years and I felt that I didn’t need his company or advice any more. So I banished him. In 1703 I got a kidney infection because of gall stones. At the time medicine hadn’t advanced enough to recognize that type of infection. I suffered for three years with increasing pain. I wanted to and I did call out to the Immortal for help. But he didn’t answer until I was on my death bed in 1706. He said I can cure you and allow you to continue being King. Or you can be my companion for a few hundred years. I was 58 years old. I had been an absolute monarch for more than 20 years. I had fathered 7 children from two wives, and I had had countless mistresses and lovers. I had missed his company, sense of humor and willingness to accept my stubbornness. I was not sure about what a life in another country would be like, but I decided to chose to live along side of him so I died and was reborn as a ship’s Captain taking a shipload of debtors to the New World for my king, Richard VI of Great Britain.
After more than 200 years on Earth, I went with him to the I6^/9 Solar System. I arrived as a Navigator for the MotherShip T*/`. A hundred and some years later, I became a Commander of the vessel. This time my arrogance didn’t cause me to ban the Immortal. My memory of him returned by his choice a month ago. The amazing thing is that I had all my memories but he was missing and there was no hint that he was ever there. But now I have my complete memory because my 400 years are coming to a close.
As a Trelliam I will live another 2,600 years, if I choose to remain one. I could choose to contact the Immortal and ask for death, but when I saw him aboard the H*/`, he never acknowledged me as if he had forgotten our relationship. I suppose my duties as Commander of a MotherShip with the responsibility for 2.3 million lives has caused me to neglect our relationship. So he famously chose to forget me.
I have chosen to remain a Trelliam, but he will always be my friend and I will defend him with my life and the lives of my crew. Those of you would seek to do him harm will have this MotherShip to answer to.
We have long suspected you to be partisan towards the Immortal. It seems that you brought with you that tendency to allow your emotional side rule your logical one. The day may come when that confrontation will be all too real.

The octopus RNA editing system represents a form of biological intelligence augmentation that evolution discovered millions of years ago.

We agree that giving humans the secret to nuclear fusion will save the planet from the radioactive waste products of nuclear fission. Their production of energy by splitting heavy atoms such as uranium produces radioactive byproducts which pollutes the planet for millions of years.
What will we do with a planet that is so radioactive that no life can survive on it? There goes our farm. To date it is still considered interference to give them the secret to making an abundance of tritium. It is an extremely rare unstable hydrogen isotope. In our primitive years wars and worlds were destroyed to obtain this substance. But now we can make tons of it on our MotherShips with no waste by products. Why not, at least, experiment with giving humans the basic technology of converting their radioactive waste to tritium atoms. It would only seem fair since we mined most of the Earth’s tritium thousands of years ago. The result is that there are only tens of kilograms [of tritium]—both natural and artificial—on the entire planet.
Hence, we fail to see how giving them a new source of tritium would be a violation of the non interference Edict. Of course we are not proposing that we give them our secretary for tritium production. We would give them a way to do it which would help to rid their planet of some of their radioactive nuclear waste.
As the humans are fond of saying, this would be a Win/Win. They would get a way to produce an abundance of cheap energy by nuclear fusion rather than nuclear fission. They would be eliminating an abundance of radioactive nuclear waste in the process which benefits us and the amount of tritium they produce would not be enough to allow them to exploit its other benefits since the half-life of the tritium we will show them how to produce will be 12.3 years. Thus they will not be able to store enough to use it for violent purposes.
