Senator Ed Markey, a democrat from Massachusetts, is proving to be an unsung hero imo, someone who’s finally saying what we are all thinking:
In a text, tRump told Norway’s prime minister, Jonas Gahr Støre, that he no longer felt obliged to “think purely of Peace” and that the U.S. needed the island for global security.
“Considering your Country decided not to give me the Nobel Peace Prize for having stopped 8 Wars Plus, I no longer feel an obligation to think purely of Peace, although it will always be predominant, but can think about what is good and proper for the United States of America,” Trump wrote. The Norwegian Nobel Committee is a private entity, not a government body, but its members are appointed by the Norway Parliament.
The 25th Amendment requires Congress to ratify any decision to remove Trump from office within 21 days of receiving notification. VP Eyeliner Earl and a majority of tRump’s cabinet would need to transmit to Congress a declaration that the Orange-in-Charge is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. Immediately the Redneck Elegy is appointed POTUS. This is unlikely to happen.
UNLESS….. the party that is keeping the Couch Humper out of the spotlight in hopes of him being a Gerald Ford 2.0 savior (think Nixon/Watergate) might just want to install him NOW, as a last gasp to save their party. They are worried about mid-terms and tRump can’t yet run for a third term….. something to think about. I can see Rubio stirring the pot. Ditto Suzy Wiles.
