Sunn m’Cheaux

Did you miss me? Know that I missed you 🙂

Today, I have a real treat. I want to share the instagram feed of Sunn m’Cheaux. If you don’t already know who he is, he is a man of Gullah/Geechee decent (West African Creoles who were enslaved in South Carolina/Georgia barrier islands) and the first (and only) Gullah instructor at Harvard. He is a sociolinguist. He uses the hashtag #weoutcha. He’s impressive. I find his posts educational and thought provoking. I believe more people should hear his words. Below is a random sampling of his media.

Does he cause you to think about things a little harder, maybe a little deeper? Do you agree with him, or disagree? I’d love to hear your thoughts on his words.

Have a great weekend, StarKin!

**and Happy Hanukkah to all those celebrating.

Thank you for reading today's post. Have an InterStellar Day! ~PrP
