Suncor Nodosaur: the mona lisa of dinosaurs

Nodosauridae are ankylosaurian dinosaurs. They were about 18 feet long, weighed close to 3000 pounds, and existing about 110 million years ago. In 2011, one was found at the Suncor Millennium Mine in Alberta. It is the best preserved remains ever found – complete with skin, armor and guts.

The Suncor nodosaur was uncovered by an excavator operator digging in an oil sands mine.

As if the preservation of skin, armor, and guts weren’t impressive enough, the dinosaur mummy is also unique in that it was preserved in three dimensions, with the original shape of the animal retained. It was so well preserved, it still weighed 2500 pounds.

I think its pretty cool.

It’s pleasing to hear you found something here, Miralai. Thanks for writing. Ditto Hemlata, and Daksha. I agree that the contributions of women to the world are often over looked. I’m just trying to do my part in spreading the word.

Thank you for reading today's post. Have an InterStellar Day! ~PrP

Your idea was put down because it disregarded the preservation of innocent life.

So now our learneth scientists are debating the existence of half-gods. Beings created by one of the Three Gods. It wasn’t too long ago when the debate was whether They were Gods or beings from a Universe or world who were using technology so advanced that we were imagining Them to be Gods.
Were it not for the Magical world of Sueno, that might still be true. I am not arguing that They are truly Gods, though some still argue it is but One God in three different forms.
I just don’t believe that these “half-gods are creatures from the loins of The Three Gods.
I can accept that they may be creations from the imaginations of One or more of The Three.

My solar system and it’s sister constellations agree. Magic, something made from nothing but pure thought, is the “technology” of these creatures. I do not think we offend them by referring to them as “creatures.” They seem to be oblivious of all other beings in the Universe, so it’s hardly likely that they would be concerned about how we refer to them.

Careful you don’t make the mistake those that ended up on the end of a chain hanging around one of Their necks made. Their comment was taken as an insult.

Hey that was a different circumstance dude. I was there on Michelle’s blog at the time. H. had a lot to do with those happenings.

While technology can appear “magical” to the primitive, it is surely imaginable to true science believers. These Three(One) God(s) have on several occasions proved that our concept of science as an orderly construct of interactions with the Natural Laws of the area they occupy, can be altered at will. They have shown numerous times that anything and everything is but a construct of Their imagination. If Sueno could be explained by anyone’s science, They would still appear as Gods because They have shown that science as we have come to know only exist per Their will.
We, R^7/0, prefer a body of scientific principles to a belief in a god. But These Three Gods have shown that there are no Laws of Science by which They can be defined.
