ain’t goin’

Madame Obama is not expected to attend tRump’s inauguration.  I support her.

“She meant every word she said on the campaign trail with every fiber of her being,” one ally said. “And she’s no hypocrite.”

She also didn’t attend ex-President Carter’s funeral last week. Personally, I think she’s just done with politics and politicians.

sKid Rock tried to take a swipe over her anticipated non-attendance. But let’s not forget that Donnie and Mel broke the tradition when they didn’t bother to make an appearance at Biden’s last inauguration.

IMO, She’s the lone light of honesty in this current political theatre of insanity. The sooner it all implodes the better.

Will you watch the 60th presidential inauguration on Jan. 20th?

I was reminded about a few outstanding questions that were asked that did not get responded to. I am curious as well.

What is the deal with NADs? Does oral supplementation offer any benefits, or is the expensive IV drip the most effective? How much would you need to take if you supplement orally? And is it safe to take long term?

And what is the deal with the tirzepatide? Is it safer than ozempic, wegovy or mounjaro? Is it safer to take for shorter periods of time, or is it all bad all the way around? One of the potential side effects is gastroparesis and we all know that killed off G.

Any thoughts?

(Sorry if I skipped a question you were asking about. Please post again in the comments.)

Thank you for reading today's post. Have an InterStellar Day! ~PrP

NAD or Nicotinamide is safe and effective in the proper dose. Excess of 500 milligrams of nicotinamide isn’t recommended. Research shows that excess supplementation increases the risk of vascular disease, neurodegenerative disease, and chronic kidney disease. Other symptoms, including diarrhea, easy bruising, and increased wound bleeding, may be observed. Excess of 3,000 milligrams may cause nausea, vomiting, and liver damage.

It’s important to consult with a healthcare provider before taking NAD, especially if you have a preexisting condition or are taking medication.

The areas in humans that a NAD supplement could benefit are conditions like age-related cognitive decline, neurodegenerative diseases (Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s), and cardiovascular health.

The key is understanding the proper dosage and the delivery method (oral tablets or IV injections) of that “proper” dose.

    Dosage and Delivery Methods:

The proper dosage depends upon your present health situation. The two most common delivery methods for NAD are oral tablets and IV injections. NAD tablets are available online, usually as an NAD precursor nicotinamide riboside (NR) and/or niacin (NADH). These precursor supplements strongly influence positive NAD levels.

NAD+ IV injections are available at local clinics and are generally not covered by insurance. These intravenous injections use a more immediate source of NAD. However, it must be dripped over the course of at least two hours to prevent adverse events like rapid heartbeat, nausea, and anxiousness

We would recommend taking the smallest dose and work up until you experienced one or more of the side effects we mentioned earlier.

    Natural Ways to Boost NAD:
    Exercise:
Regular aerobic and resistance training exercise has a regenerative effect on NAD levels and can even return them to young adult levels. A 2019 study found that aerobic and resistance training increase NAMPT, the precursor to NAD

    Circadian Rhythm & Sleep:
Your circadian rhythm (AKA internal 24-hour clock) and sleep patterns directly correlate with NAD+ production. Getting enough sleep is key for maintaining adequate levels—sleep deprivation and disrupted sleep patterns are associated with decreased NAD+ synthesis

    Certain foods:
A balanced diet can provide all the NAD you need, especially if you include foods rich in vitamin B3 (niacin) and leafy green vegetables. Vitamin B3 (aka niacin) can easily be found in meat, fish, dairy products, avocado, and whole grains and is the precursor to NAD.
Niacin converts to NAD for use in cellular metabolism.
Tryptophan, a precursor for NAD, is found in turkey, chicken, fish, nuts, and soy.
{Connell N, Grevendonk L, Fealy C, et al. Nad+-precursor supplementation with l-tryptophan, nicotinic acid, and nicotinamide does not affect mitochondrial function or skeletal muscle function in physically compromised older adults. ]

Leafy green vegetables, including broccoli, colored cabbages, and green onions, also contain compounds that positively influence NAD levels.

While NAD is promising as an anti-aging powerhouse, there are still many unknowns regarding NAD supplementation. We are looking into speeding up the research. We will let you know what we find.

    • F]7 says:

We have notes on NADs from many different sources, you should have stopped to concatenate them into one outline before you spoke on this topic to humans.

      • Vw]7 says:

One of the first things we learned in our human communication class was to concatenate a list of variables and present them in a manner they could best understand. the concatenate function turns unorganized data into chained-together information, ready for dissemination to humans.

If you find fault in the factual data we presented we will listen to your concerns, otherwise your opinions on when or how we presented the data is without merit to us.

        • E[9 says:

Our concerns is why you even bother to concern yourselves with the health of the cattle. They are obsessed with matters of plutography. Stick to lifestyles of the Rich and Famous and you will keep the cattle calm till supper time.

          • Q[9 says:

Those would be our position also. We need only be concerned with a human’s sublunary needs. Their other concerns have no effect on how they will taste.

            • N]6 says:

Oh, really? Have you ever seen M in furbelowed with bold colors, vintage styles, and eye-catching jewelry?

She is a sight for visual appreciation and not for the taste one would get from a “supper” plate.

Need I remind you that you recently made the same argument to the Y*/` when you learned that your species were considered a delicacy to them.

Humans do bring other values to the table.

              • E[9 says:

You insult us with your attempts to compare us to humans. They reside in a state of torpid inertia compared to our mental contributions to the Known Universal whole.

                • N]6 says:

So you want to cavil about where you sit on the evolutionary latter in comparison to where you believe the human place is on that latter. May we suggest in the most sincere way we can that your previous remark is your opinion alone.

Because the question was asked is enough of a reason. Back of the dinner line for you.

Thank you for your reply. I appreciate all the info you share.

      • B]3 says:

Have you noticed that back in the 20 plus years ago when the Person you were with told you and your parents to take niacinamide? It was B3 recommended by Dr. David Williams. You and your family were given NADs back then before humans were aware of the knowledge. My suggestion is for you to get Dr. David Williams’s ALTERNATIVES. It has information about the human condition and the ability to live way beyond the years of their imagination.

        • PrismPrincess says:

Yes, of course. I know about DW and I still take niacinimide. Thank you

When you are told what the “active ingredient” in a drug is, you are being told the ingredient that makes the drug work.

Zepbound (tirzepatide) is a prescription drug that’s used for weight loss in certain people. Tirzepatide is the active ingredient that makes Zepbound work.

    • Wanda says:

Severe digestive side effects of Tirzepatide are:
      pancreatitis (inflammation in the pancreas)
      gallbladder problems, such as gallstones
      low blood sugar
      kidney problems*
boxed warning: risk of thyroid cancer*
      severe allergic reaction*
      suicidal thoughts or behavior†

The suicide thoughts are a bitch. They just sneak right up on you. You can’t think of when you weren’t thinking of killing yourself. This happened to me within three months of taking the drug. I quit. Losing my life to lose weight wasn’t an option for me.

A lot of aliens are watching the immortal at least that’s what I hear my question is why ?Do you feel that he’s a danger to earthlings or do you feel that he’s a danger to you guys?

You should be more concerned about the danger he brings to humans. We can take care of ourselves.

    • Rosemary says:

That would be your opinion, Why? Nader asked for more. What danger does he pose to us and what danger does he pose to you? And is it to all aliens or only to those who try to harm him.

And do you refer to him as an “it”?

Thank you Nader for bringing to his forum very pertinent issues. I am a science teacher in Columbus Ohio. I would love to have you speak to my class.

  5. K]5 says:

If we may interject in the conversation between E( and N(, there is some argument to be supported on both sides. Earth is a disaster because of the shambolic performance of humans as its stewards, but there is evidence that they can intellectually turn it around.

And it is also true that where we sit on the evolutionary latter should not determine where we are accepted as nutrition on someone’s menu. The general exception that humans are so low on that latter and the fact that they contribute very little towards the Known Universe’s welfare has now become debatable.

My point is that we should keep that debate civil.

  6. I]5 says:

As for the “evolutionary latter,” who has reached their Zenith while on it and thus have created a permanent seat for themselves? We all strive to move towards the step above us.

Should I wash the bottle out that I have been preparing my LMNT in? Its starting to build up on the bottom of the roses bottle. Also, I have been using a tablespoon and cup for my olive oil, but I have never rinsed these either. I just put the tablespoon in the cup after I’ve taken the oil, and add the LMNT mix, stir and drink. But maybe these items should be washed now? Also, do I just take this for the rest of my life? And, Costco here now has a better organic olive oil in a bottle – Terra Delissa from Tunisia. Does it work comparably? I don’t like the taste of the Kirkland olive oil. Thanks.

    • U]3 says:

Keep everything clean. The best oil at Costco for consumption is Olo Bailey. It is very expensive but the best. You can’t miss it. Look for a very tall black box. It looks like a Champagne bottle. I’m not sure how long you would have to take it. It depends upon what you want great health, long life or something else.

It is believed that the Ear headed the Nation’s premier Off-the-Shelf, secret Agency. It is considered the best protective agency that there has ever been. Nothing short of perfection is expected of it. No mistakes. If that Agency makes a mistake, it can change the entire course of history. The Ear was more than up to the task and he was worthy of POTUS’s trust and confidence. So where is he? It is rumored that rather than work for the grifter, tRump, he has quit. So what becomes of the Agency that he lead? Did he quit? Is the Agency still viable?

WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON?

    • Robert says:

How about he got tired of risking his life for a country that doesn’t give a damn about anybody but a whiteboy? This is a whiteboy run enterprise, not a country of the people, for its people. The fact that the “people” were willing to put a misogynistic, incompetent thief, liar and traitor in the White House as POTUS told him all he needed to know. Fuck this country for the next four years. The only real question is will there be a Republic after 4 years. As Betty Davis once said. “It’s going to be a bumpy ride.”

    • G says:

Sad, if he has quit. It there was anyone talented enough to change this world for the better it would have been him. The family in Syria wasn’t his idea but he made it his baby. He realized it would have no chance under Trump. They would be dead in a year without his protection. So he jumped ship.

      • Omar says:

That family represents the hope of a democratic future for the Middle East. Syria would be the first example of that at work. That family in control is more acceptable to all those who were part of the plan over the certainty of an authoritarian one any day.
