DamnI had just got around to reading the last blog and you changed it. Why? It seemed that all the comments were from today. You think you could have allowed us to digest some of the comments before you just ended the discussion. Typical american bs artist.

  2. Kia says:

Lebanon has three times as many Lebanese in other countries and 90% of them are Christian. Yes, Lebanon is 60% Muslim 30% Shia and 30% Sunni. Batshit crazy Muslim men who worship war and love pimping and marrying babies.

Abdallah Bau Habib, Administer of Foreign Affairs has admitted that in the south of Lebanon the country has no control of Hezbollah. They are not Lebanese and they answer only to Iran. He says Hezbollah is a problem for Israel, the US and Lebanon. He also says the 2 million Syrians there are a burden on its economy. He says that without the economic assistance of the millions of Lebanese who live abroad the country might cease to exist because the Lebanese currency is worthless.

The West believes if it goes to war with Hezbollah, it would mean the end of Lebanon as a nation. Iran and Hezbollah are hoping for just that. Hezbollah is merely a Shia militia run by Iran. The Palestinians in Lebanon are unwanted by true Lebanese. Hezbollah uses them as shields and people they can force to do their bidding.

    • PrP says:

Ty for posting this. All true.
I TG people are not their governments. I feel I can support Palestinian friends w/o supporting Hamas. I can support my Israeli friends but not support Netanyahu. I can love the US and detest republican politics. It’s complicated.
There is no right here. It’s all wrong.
Things have to change. Maybe this was the impetus.

      • Eric says:

The question is will your Palestinian friends condemn what Hamas did on Oct7? I doubt it. Most are still crying about what they lost in 1948. If they wanted to live peacefully with Israel they have had decades to do so. But they continue to declare that Israel doesn’t have a right to exist. That’s like Mexico refusing to recognize the existence of the USA, until they return California, Texas or Nevada. It ain’t going to happen. Israel is less than 5% of the Palestinian area.
They need to get over theirselves and strive to live in peace with Israel. Why should Israel respect or trust a people who refuse to recognize their right to exist? It is the government they chose to lead them, Hamas, that is putting them in harms way, not the IDF.

    • Eli says:

This is typical of Islamic men. They terrorize the women in their families because they use their religion to pimp and pedophile them. Even now with a war going on they force their women to dress in a certain way before running for their lives. Yet, the men can dress the most convenient way they need to avoid death.

But, when it serves their purposes, they whine about the deaths of their women and children. The same women and children they would murder without a second thought if they felt those women and children offended their sense of family honor. These are sick bastards. Cowards who have no problem going to Israel and murdering, raping, torturing and kidnapping unarmed men, women, children, babies and the elderly, but cry to the world for help when it comes time to pay the price for their evil.

    • Asher says:

How many of these men you see mourning their dead, condemned the horrific acts of Hamas when they murdered innocents? —— NONE. So I say fuck the hypocrites. If I were the IDF, I would bomb the bastards to Hell, if I were after Hamas monsters hiding among them. Whose fault is it if that man’s children were killed? He should be blaming his government for hiding like the cowards they are under hospitals, schools and the homes of their people to avoid answering for their evil deeds.

Israel would be insane to allow Hamas to use the Palestinians as human shields. The Palestinians were warned to leave. It is not the IDF’s fault that Hamas forces their people to be human shields. I hope the IDF continues to blast right through them to get to those monsters.

    • Barry says:

The world is full of cowards like this guy. He is so scared of being a persecuted Jew that he embraces those he perceives are his haters. The person who posted this BS, used that Stockholm syndrome to claim that Jews don’t have an issue with people declaring they don’t have the right to exist.

It is disingenuous at best, at worst it is an outright attempt to promote a false narrative, one of which is that the Palestinians are being attacked by Israel without provocation. If you are being bombed EVERYDAY by a people who claim and profess that you don’t have the right to exist, you don’t work too hard to make their life pleasant.

Other Arab countries, Egypt, Jordan, UAE, Qatar, Iraq etc, have acknowledged Israel’s right to exist and try to exist in peace with Israel. Interestingly enough they are not bombing each other. Palestine chose Hamas as their leaders. Let them reap what they have sown.

  3. Aileen says:

The Arabs are always claiming that the Jews are the favorites in the world, yet we are being asked to give a ceasefire to barbarians who slaughtered 1400 of us. In the US House of Representatives Five niggers voted to not condemn the slaughter and kidnapping of my people. That does not count those that just voted “present” to avoid taking a stand on this issue. We have the moral high ground here, but most of the world is siding with the Palestinians.

Has anyone seen any of those Palestinians show an ounce of sympathy for our 1400 murdered? They were cheering and spitting at our kidnapped people as they were being paraded like captured animals in the streets of Gaza. I say raze the streets of Gaza and if those narcissistic bastards stay, or are forced to stay by Hamas, bomb the fuck out of them.
If the rest of the world, demands that Israel do a unilateral ceasefire while ignoring the constant bombing of Israel by the terrorists, I say fuck the world. The IDF needs to continue until they have destroyed Hamas.

    • Aamal says:

You dogs either leave our country voluntarily or you will be carried out in body bags.

  4. Eileen says:

There are “so few options” because the UN refuses to condemn what Hamas did on Oct7 and demand the return of the hostages they took. It is that simple. Not to do this whiled demanding that Israel commit to a unilateral ceasefire is not an option.

Has anyone heard the UN request that Hamas, Hezbollah, or any of the other enemies of Israel stop indiscriminately bombing Israel? Would the US or any of you in your countries stand for this kind of treatment by the UN?

No you wouldn’t. The US destroyed Iraq and the 9/11 terrorists didn’t come for Iraq. Yet the world is demanding that Israel stop attacking the actual country, and government representatives of that country, Hamas, who came into Israel and murdered 1400 of its citizens. So PrP while you are seeing that both sides are right, explain that to me.

  5. Ted says:

I hope Iran enters the war. I don’t think the cowards have the balls. They prefer to arm and sic their Palestinian dogs on Israel. If Hezbollah attacks the US interest in the Middle East in a significantly matter, we will bomb Iran into the Middle Ages.

So bring it on Iran. We owe you for the kidnapping of our Embassy. Payback will be a Bitch.

  6. Sahaabi says:

Me, I’m tired of my Lebanese friends claiming that members of Hezbollah are Lebanese. They refuse to admit that Hezbollah has taken the south of Lebanon by force with their 150,000 pieces of artillery given to them by Iran. They do what they want and the Lebanese military can’t do a thing about it. They have driven the Lebanese currency into the ground, it is practically worthless. Without money coming in from the Lebanese diaspora Lebanon would cease to exist as a country.

Although we are both catholic Arabs, they feel that they have to support their Islamic Lebanese countrymen. Denying the truth about Hezbollah in their country is a part of that. I am from Syria. I realize that many of my countrymen who also occupy Lebanon, are making it very difficult for Lebanon to balance its fiscal budget. I don’t deny this because I am Syrian. I just wish that my Lebanese friends could be more honest.

Medieval moats didn’t just protect castles from invaders approaching over land, but also provided defense underground as well. The moats saturated the nearby ground with water and made it difficult and dangerous to tunnel under the castle to collapse the defenses.

In California 65% of lawyers are white men. White men were far more likely to be disbarred, suspended, placed on probation or reproved, according to a report from the California state bar. The report also showed that white attorneys comprise 65% of all California attorneys, and a little over two-thirds of attorneys disciplined were white, Cheryl Miller reports.

One can agree with the premise of what Obama is saying. Except what he proposes cannot happen in a vacuum. Israel is and has always asked the Palestinians to recognize Israel’s right to exist where they are. The Palestinians continue to elect leaders of their government that refuse to recognize Israel’s right to exist. Obama’s nice speech left that part out. Who would trust a people around them that outnumbers you 25 to one who say they would kill you as look at you?

I know that I wouldn’t trust them. Obama is asking Israel to trust that if they allowed Palestine to be an autonomous nation that they would not attack Israel and murder their unarmed women and children, and then take as hostages their elderly, babies as well as their women and children. OH Wait – that is just what the barbarians did. And everyday the bomb some part of Israel while asking the world to only judge the acts of Israelis when they react to that constant bombing.

Until Israel can trust that these savages won’t behave as savages, why should they trust them with weapons or the power that comes with a Two State Solution? Honestly, anyone who was in Israel’s position wouldn’t.

Undoubtedly, Gaza has become a graveyard for children. But since their parents chose to elect Hamas as their leaders, I say kill the little savages BEFORE they become the kind of adult savages that murdered innocent, unarmed women and children on Oct7. That is the elephant in the room during all these posts and discussions. When a person posts the Link that Anonymous did, they are asking us to suspend our knowledge of what these Palestinians did on Oct7. And the fact that they continuously bomb Israel EVERY FUCKING DAY. Who wouldn’t react negatively to that kind of shit happening to them EVERY FUCKING DAY?

NOTHING justifies wantonly murdering civilians. Yes, Israel is killing women and children, but not “Wantonly,” They are the casualties of war. Like the women and children during WWII when the Allies were bombing Germany to kill the Nazis. Those killed women and children were the casualties of war in the effort to eliminate the Nazis.

The comparison is the same. Israel is killing Palestinian women and children because they want to eliminate Hamas. Like the Nazis, Hamas was elected by their civilians. Elections have consequences.

Bottom Line: Why are you, Anonymous, asking Israel to forget the atrocities committed by Hamas to Israeli women and children now that those same killings are happening to Palestinian women and children?

Israel didn’t start this war, but I pray that they end it. And frankly, I don’t care a wit about how many tiny little barbarians are killed in the process. Better to kill the savages now before they become old enough to do what their kin did on Oct7.

For the love of God, who rapes, tortures, and murders others while using the victims’ cell phones to post it on FaceBook or call their parents to brag about killing the innocent? Do you know what’s telling? The parents of those savages didn’t admonish their savage for doing it. Instead the disgusting parents praised what they did and asked Allah, the god of pimps and pedophiles, to protect them.

Now, honestly would you want to give a people like that an autonomous country, yeah, if you were an Obama and didn’t have to live within their ability to slaughter your women and children. How magnanimous of Obama to sacrifice the women and children of Israel to the savages of Palestine.

And wait — the leader of Hamas who is hiding out, like the cowards most Islamic men are, in Qatar says they will do it again if given the chance. If I were Israel, I wouldn’t give them the chance. Nor would I trust the Palestinians to be human beings. I would keep after them until they were dead or run to Qatar like their cowardly leaders are doing.

While your 401(k) adviser does need to have your financial best interests at heart, your IRA adviser doesn’t — opening up savers to the risk of unnecessarily high fees.

Similarly, the amount a homebuyer pays her Realtor — an amount that’s almost always included in the sale price and added to the principal amount of the mortgage — is set not by the buyer, or even the buyer’s agent, but rather by the seller’s agent — someone who in no sense has the buyer’s interests at heart.
What to watch: In real estate listings, fees are likely to come down, and there’s a good chance that buyers will be able to negotiate their own agent’s fees.

Mortgage rules might need to be tweaked in order for buyers to continue to have the option to borrow the money for the fee. No one needs another significant cash expense at closing. It’s true that if that doesn’t happen, that extra cash expense would hit lower-income buyers harder.
That said, many buyers might choose to have no agent at all — or just an AI agent who can walk them through the process.
With retirement accounts, similarly, the big question is whether it would actually be a bad thing were some lower-income Americans not to have a human adviser on their IRAs.

Given the increased popularity of simple passive investments, it might not be.
The bottom line: If fees are broadly bad, then they’re probably even worse for the poorest households.

Speaking of this: big win for homebuyers in Kansas Illinois and Missouri this week. The Nat’l Assoc of Realtors and RE brokerage firms fined $1.78 Billion for collusion:
“@Specifically at issue is the seller’s fee payments to the buyer’s Realtor, which are in part governed by the NAR’s Clear Cooperation Rule, Axios’ Emily Peck reports.
@The rule requires sellers to include a fee offer to the buyer’s agent when listing a home. The fee offer is visible to the buyer’s agent, but prospective buyer usually do not get access to them.
@Real estate agents generally must become members of the NAR, one of the largest trade associations in the U.S., to gain access to most local real estate databases.

The plaintiffs argued that the rule effectively creates a conspiracy that artificially drives up home prices, as agents can steer their clients to properties that offer compensation

A few class actions were filed since this order came out this week seeking a nationwide class of homebuyers.

      • Doug(1) ...yes that one says:

There is no rule that states that one has to agree with the 6% fee. I have negotiated numerous times in the 38 properties that I have owned over the years. If the agent will not negotiate, then they do not get to have the deal. Some deals are no brainers and easy sales in an easy market, and some need more experience and creativity. There are markets that are considered an easy sale due to their amount of buyers in the marketplace and short timelines on the market. This is where I negotiate. There is always a hungry salesperson who will negotiate. The paperwork is the same in nearly any transaction regardless of the price of the home.
