1,000,000

That’s the bounty that has been put upon Putin head by Russian dissident Alex Konanykhin. He put up a posts on Facebook and Linkedin and offered “$1,000,000 to the officers who, complying with their constitutional duty, arrest Putin as a war criminal under Russian and international laws.”

Both posts have been removed and it’s suspected that Russian bots complaining to the social media platforms in droves caused it to come down. Konanykhin’s original post on Facebook also included a “dead or alive” poster, though the bounty was for an arrest; he clarifies now that he isn’t calling for violence.

We all know that it is M O N E Y that makes the world go round. Hopefully he’s gone soon before he starts nuking.

Robert, the Russian soldiers are apparently carrying their own mobile crematories with them. Putin definitely wants to hide the body county. Of course there is the other possibility. That Putin will use them on the Ukrainians in public executions.

Thank you for reading today's post. Have an InterStellar Day! ~PrP

Helen, please accept my apologies. I had some issue with maintenance this morning and accidentally permanently deleted most of your comments on yesterday’s post. I am SO SORRY. I have covid brain these days and I am making a lot of mistakes. I’m sorry that this one has affected you. Still friends?

  2. Robert says:

PrP, I really like your second explanation for those portable crematorium. Now, why didn’t I think of that?

“Russia Blocks Access To Facebook Amid Broad Media Crackdown” Don’t think for a minute that Trumps GOP and behind many behind the scenes conservatives forces that want to destroy democracy as we know it are not looking keenly at every move that Putin is making to suppress his people with the ultimate goal that someday and I think in the not to distant future they will be able to use the same tactics on us.

  4. Sergio says:

I remain convinced that what’s happening in Ukraine would have been America’s future if Trump had remained in office.

    • Sherri says:

So scary to think so many want Trump back in! He has definitely caused hate with his rigged election talk and so much more. He is walking evil and he thinks “Putin” is smart?! Putin is pure evil and it is heartbreaking what is going on in Ukraine. I cannot even believe the comments that are said about why this is being done to Ukraine and it is because of the lies of Putin. What a very scary time for so many and for the world.

      • Samuel says:

I wouldn’t worry much about Trump. He’s never coming back. It’s the ideology of Trumpism that needs to be addressed.

        • Tommy says:

I wouldn’t go so far as to say not to worry about Trump as long as he is allowed a platform he will always be a danger to all of us. However I agree it is the ideology that he unleashed is the greater danger. Make no bones about it though it is a strong force that won’t be satisfied until they get their day of reckoning.

Americans are supposed to embrace Democracy, where people elect Representatives to enact laws on behalf of the people. NOT Authoritarianism where one person rules.

There’s a pimp living in one of the lower units of our small complex. I know because I saw 6 working girls come out of his apartment with him one day.
Tonight I hear very loudly a long squeal of tires and reving engine like somebody doing donuts in their car at the intersection and then racing off. ….. Or maybe it was someone stealing a car? … I check the parking lot through my car sentry to make sure my car wasn’t stolen and there’s people having sex in his parking stall between his car and the garbage can fence!
I’ve got to get out of this neighborhood.

I am reading a book written by Brian Klaas in 2021, “Corruptible – Who gets power and how it changes us.” And it is fascinating. Klaas is social scientist and a Washington Post columnist. He also is the creator of a very successful podcast Power Corrupts. The book is based on over 500 interviews that he conducted with dictators/despots. It’s an illuminating read, especially in this crazy political environment.

On a similar vein, my heart is heavy for what is happening in the Ukraine. And I am at a loss at how I can help currently besides donating money. PrP listed avenues to donate. Thank you for continually posting on this horrific, yet important situation.

I’m adding one to the list. Working with Airbnb.org, and Flexport.org, Ukrainian actress Mila Kunis, and her husband Ashton Kutcher have started a fundraiser and will match and have donated $3 million through the GoFundme.org platform, to get immediate help (housing and supplies) to Ukrainian refugees. Their goal is 30 million and they are half way there since yesterday. Here’s the link if anyone is interested: https://www.gofundme.com/f/stand-with-ukraine?utm_source=customer&utm_medium=copy_link_all&utm_campaign=m_pd+share-sheet

Bruce Springsteen’s nickname, “The Boss”, is derived from an old joke among his bandmates. Springsteen took on the task of collecting the band’s nightly pay from their early gigs and distributing it to his bandmates.

Is anybody going to step up for Ukraine? NATO obviously isn’t going to.

    • J[7 says:

This is a story to be considered. We could be working with POTUS. If we were, we would have advised him to get the Ukraine pilots that now have no planes and train them to fly US or NATO fighter jets. When they are competent, POTUS will issue a statement that the US intends to send fighter jets to Ukraine through Poland.

Of course, before POTUS saids that, he has to have made it very clear that the US intends to defend every inch of NATO territory since Poland is now part of NATO territory. Now if Putin goes after Poland, the US has an excuse to enter the war. If you remember, this same scenario played out during WWII. Then, POTUS knew before hand about the Japanese plans to bomb Pearl Harbor, but allowed it to happen so that the US could enter the war.

      Stay tuned.

      • U^3/7 says:

There is a problem with fucking with the Prime Directive concerning Earth. The possibility of creating an Anomaly. In Planes that have interfered in such a significant way the result was not good for the general inhabitants.

        I. Possibility one: The Russian generals could decide to join NATO after they coup Putin. If that happens: A. China will be very upset because they are trying to establish the Yen as currency of choice over the Dollar. They are presently attempting to dominate the Pacific and to take Taiwan back. The Sino-Russian boarder is a little more that 2,600 miles. China will not look favorably on NATO having nukes that close to it.

        B. The oligarchs of Russia would join up with the super rich in America, Europe, and Asia to control the entire wealth of the planet. No one not a party to that class at the time of the Union of the Oligarchs of Earth would be allowed to enter. They and their families would control earth for 4 millennia. Everyone outside would be mere servants to them and their children. ——The Anomaly forms for aliens because of the dichotomy that exist between those that see earthlings merely as a food source and those that expect them to one day join the intergalactic community.

The situation would be not unlike the dynamics in the US between the North and South before their Civil War. The oligarchs will be more than willing to supply those aliens that consider Earth a cattle planet with all their needs to insure their own safety and enjoyment of their Oligarch status. War would eventually ensue between the Aliens over whether earth would be a cattle planet or not.

Hence we should carefully consider whether we should interfere in the affairs of humans on such a determinative level.

I agree with my fellow debaters that Putin’s plan is to take all of the Ukraine and then take Moldova, Romania and Slovakia. He expects the US to roll over because he has made plans with Trump and several of the Republicans to assist them when they need him if they helped him with the information he needed to feel comfortable in his present situation. That information handed to him through several of the Generals under Trump gave the plans the US had if there was a possible nuclear confrontation between it and Russia. So far that secret information has helped Putin navigate the delicate balance that keeps a nation from actually going nuclear.

The final agreement is for Putin to declare nuclear war between Russia and the US and to refuse to talk to anyone but Trump. Trump gets to save the world from nuclear war and hence be re-elected to POTUS. Once in, he will make the country basically a one party state and get that party to do for him what Putin’s party did for him; change the law to allow him to run for a third term.

Of course, there are other lines that have occurred, but our argument is why take the risk?

        • W^3/7 says:

Why take the risk? You ask? Have you forgotten what the GODS did when H was displeased? Imagine what they would do if ˇÓˇ ´Â∏´‰Ø‰ or ӈߠ˝‰ÅÇ´ allowed THE TWO to be endangered by foolish human actions! Do you actually think any of us would survive THEIR wrath?

Something has to be done to avoid that danger. It has been agreed that THE TWO are on earth. So we must do something to protect THEM. Nuking THEM, though I don’t believe it would kill THEM, but it would most certainly harm THEM. Who amongst us would be willing to risk our existence on that?

I couldn’t care less about this cattle planet, but since we are here, we will be held responsible for whatever happens to THE TWO. Our goals should be to find a way to shield THEM from this human insanity. What could THEY possibly see in this cattle planet? The humans here are Racist, Misogynistic, and Avaricious on a predatory level among their species. These creatures have no redeeming values that I can see.

  13. Abby says:

Doing nothing, taking no effective action, is in itself taking part in the war, but on the side of the oppressor. Think about what happens when Ukraine is taken over and Russia decides to invade another non member of Nato, etc., etc.,.

  14. Lewis says:

If a nuclear war started where exactly would you go? The era of home owners building bomb shelters is long gone. I’m also 40 minutes from San Francisco so if the initial blasts didn’t do the job radioactive fallout probably would. After growing up with these realities, the fall of the Soviet Union meant, I thought, the dark nuclear shadow had forever lifted. It’s very disquieting to even have to consider this possibility as remote as it may seem. I’ve spoken to a number of friends from my generation who also grew up in large cities and they are thinking the same things for the first time in decades.

Every alien on earth registered with their Mothership and many selected humans will be brought up so why not The Two?
I know it’s claimed no one can be sure exactly who they are. Then why not bring up all the suspects?

Let this shit hole become one big barbecue pit. Humans are destroying their planet anyway. Sure Earth provides a great source of meat to some of us and possibly an equally great potential as future members of our intergalactic community, but is interfering in their demise as a species worth an Anomaly risk?

    • Y[5 says:

One would expect such from you. You have been arguing to massively earthquake MAT for at least a year now.

Your understanding of the search for THE TWO is abysmally poor. Evidenced by your suggestion that we “bring up” THE TWO. To even voice our loud that we would ever contemplate interfering with THEIR choices bring on a disaster beyond the imagination to us. You should be arrested.

  17. Helena says:

SCOTUS just ruled against the republican trying to continue gerrymandering in two states. So republicans are just fine suppressing the votes, gerrymandering multiple state maps, fiddling with the electoral college, tossing out votes because a democrat didn’t dot an i, stop mail in ballots, stop drive through registration, bully voters, and use tax dollars to sue because a democrat might actually win a district in a red state due to redistricting. The hypocrisy is alarming, to say the least!!

    • Anonymous says:

Can’t have it both ways. republicans sued to get the federal government out of redistricting and it worked, and now they want to insert the federal government back in when the State courts rule against them?! the hypocrisy is mind blowing.

    • Fernando says:

The republicans will refuse to hold a vote on any of Biden’s nominees for any court if they regain power in the senate. It’s best to speed up the process while the democrats are still certain of winning the vote for nominees.

  19. Anonymous says:

The republicans are a bunch of clowns! And they defend their circus:

Former Attorney General William Barr said he would vote for Donald Trump for president again, even after arguing in his new memoir that Trump went “off the rails” after the 2020 presidential election and blaming the U.S. Capitol attack on Trump’s election lies.

“I’ve certainly made it clear I don’t think he should be our nominee and I’m going to support somebody else for the nomination,” Barr told “Today” host Savannah Guthrie in an interview Monday to promote his forthcoming memoir. He argues in his book that Republicans need to pick another candidate besides Trump in 2024.

But pressed by Guthrie, Barr said he couldn’t imagine voting for the Democratic nominee — even with Trump on the ballot.

    • Benjamin says:

They are voting or white privilege. They don’t care what happens to America if they could possibly lose that.

these companies need to be boycotted.

    • Lisa says:

Since they get huge tax breaks from our Gagging Over Putin party, they contribute nothing to our military. They have enough money to provide their own security, and if they want to continue business in a country that is committing war crimes, they can protect their own assets. The same goes for business in China. They pay taxes in China, but they contribute nothing here. They are why we have supply chain issues. They moved operations overseas to minimize their tax obligations and maximize their profits. When they get hit, they can pay to take care of it themselves.
